The faucet is fine, but the hose came apart from the mounting that screws into the sprayer head. No clue why this should have broken so quickly, it's only had normal, household use and we have normal water pressure. Faucet was installed by a professional, so I don't think we've done anything wrong.

After using many different pull-down type faucets over the years, this is the very best one. It's easy to use, works smoothly, has a nice long hose, & so easy to keep clean. After 3 years, the finish looks like new.

I love the look and it went well with my theme and my favorite is the touchless . It just saddens me that after spending almost $300 on a faucet , its broken after 13 months . I check to see my date of purchase and I am exactly 30 days outside of my one year warranty . No matter how many times I reattach it when you pull down to use , it comes back off and water sprays everywhere!

I bought this faucet 4 maybe 5 years ago. Today the sprayer button snapped off during normal use. Very disappointing. I like the commercial faucet look but the sprayer button always felt cheap and now it’s broken off. This should have lasted at least another 5 years.

I've had the Bolden faucet for over 1.5 years now and I'm noticing that there are leaks at the faucet head; in 2 different places. When I turn on the faucet (either manually or by using the sensor) water is leaking around the top of the spout, at the end of the faucet. I've tried everything to turn the head of the faucet in a circular motion. I've tried pushing the components together and nothing. It's still leaking. I love the faucet but this is just awful.

If you buy this just be aware that you will be replacing it within 2 years. The toggle piece breaks off. If you read the reviews a lot of people are saying the same. Spend a little more and get a better quality

Unfortunately, the black paint started peeling soon after we purchased it. We are very dissatisfied with the look of it after it started peeling. I don’t recommend the stainless steel with matte black faucet.

Remodeled our kitchen and went with the Kraus faucet. Absolutely love the hands free and the water flows through with great pressure. The look is great. I will admit installing the faucet, the main brass nut, was extremely difficult but end of day the build quality, look and function made up for it. Highly recommend

This faucet is a great companion to the Kraus sinks. It has a commercial faucet feel with very reasonable price tag. The spring back neck ensures that the pull down sprayer draws up tight and seats itself properly every time. (This is a major problem amongst many kitchen faucets with pull down spray heads. The sprayer is powerful and has a good pattern. The finish is stainless throughout and doesn’t discolor of flake off. The supply lines are highly quality stainless steel braided lines and are long enough for almost any situation. I have installed 4 of theese faucets and am very impressed with the quality. Very good faucet.

Paid a lot for this faucet and expect good quality from this brand. The attached switch fell off in my hand today and no way to fix it. Of course, just outside of warranty. Extremely disappointed.

After one year the black paint started to chip and rust. Now almost exactly two years old and the sprayer function piece breaks off. There’s no more warranty. I spend $320 on this and now I have to replace.

We purchased the faucet in March 2022. The faucet worked fine until the toggle broke off in December 2023. We’ve had this less than two years. Would not recommend.

1. The sensor feature is poorly designed. The sink handle must be in the 'on' position for the sensor to work. If the handle is in the 'off' position and you move it to 'on', the water stops flowing after about 3 seconds and you need to wave your hand in front of the sensor to turn it back on. The sensor is at the base of the faucet, perfectly positioned to break your nails on the counter/sink edge.2. This sink is loud. It reminds me of the deshwashers that restaurants use. I asked rhe plumber of the faucet was heating the water because it gets louder as the water gets hotter. It is not heating anything, juat making noise.3. It broke already. I purchased the product on 9/19/23. The part for switching from spray to steam fell off on 11/22/23. The switch is connected to the faucet head with plastic. The plastic is sheered off so I cant reattach it. 4. The default on setting for the faucet is stream, even if you left it on spray when you last used it. I primarily use the spray function. I have to switch it to spray every time that I turn it on, which presumably caused that switch to break sooner.I'm devastated. I had a plumber install the faucet. Now I need the plumber to remove the faucet so I can return it. Then come back to install the new one. It will cost at least $200. I could barely afford the $269 sink, much less an extra $200 in plumbing work.

purchased and installed this faucet four months ago. worked and looked great at the start. two months later my sprayer head starts a slow leak at the ball pivot. another two months and now the sprayer hear falls off when pulled from the holding mount. small plastic retaining clip around ball joint wore out. no longer holds back water or the head sprayer.

The faucet spray button fell off after one year and one month of usage. Just out of warranty.

Installed in June and black is already wearing off at cradle for nozzle

Have had this for 2 years and the black finish is chipping which isn’t covered under warranty. Very disappointed!

Definetly worth the price. Adding a timeless feel to any kitchen, this faucet is a perfect upgrade to modernize your kitchen without the hefty investment.

I liked this faucet, but some of the parts seem poorly made. The faucet button seems to have broken after a years use. Seems to be a fairly soft plastic underneath. Pretty disappointing given the brand.

I like this faucet and the Kraus brand altogether. I believe we just received a defective handle. After less than a year of use. The black color is chipping away at an alarming rate. Besides that, works like a charm.

The cheap plastic button to toggle between the two flow modes broke after 6 months of use.

Installed this faucet with a new sink today. The hoses on the faucet were long enough to connect to my valves. Installation was super simple.

Love this faucet. I wanted the spring look to be “in style”. What I liked the most was that the bar connecting the main piece to the spout handle is on an incline up. Game changer! We actually had installed the similar Moen model and it has the bar straight across. I was shocked at how hard it made it to use the faucet. It kept the spout head very low and you had to release it to get it up higher. The Kraus holds the spout head at the perfect height! And I don’t notice any difference in quality, this faucet looks expensive and also comes with a lifetime warranty like Moen. Highly recommend.

Bought this faucet for my kitchen remodel last summer. After a little over one year of use, the plastic button (which we now see is held on with two flimsy plastic posts) has broken right off. In my mind, a higher-end faucet should last longer than one year. Now I have to push on the sharp edges of the broken off button in order to change the stream from full to spray. Not happy

This was an added touch to a newly renovated kitchen and looks beautiful it was functioning just fine until the button on the nozzle broke off and not even a year has past. this will quickly change to a 5 once this gets resolved.

Had this for not even a year and the spray button broke off! Garbage.
