Energy saver automatically on when unit turned on. It causes the compressor to continually cycle on & off. Maybe it's so frequent because of the high humidity in Fl but its irritating.

Fit in the wall slot well. Has been running like a champ.

The Keystone 12k BTU through the wall AC was easy to install in an existing wall sleeve. Not super quiet but works well and meets my needs in a Florida sunroom.

Its not that cold like i thought it would be

This through the wall AC unit fit well, but it is so very loud as it's condenser or whatever ramps up. I have it on energy saver and set on Auto and at 71 degrees. It has been a long string of 90 degree humid days and I thought it would quiet down once the unit 'kicked' in, but it cycles through about each hour and the rattle and noise last about 12-15 minutes of each hour. It is awful because it is in my living room, making it almost impossible to 'live' in the living room with this loud racket. There is no way to watch television during this cycle or to have a conversation. I bought this new unit when my original until died in June 2020. That unit had worked quietly and well since it was installed when they built this Condo unit in 1983, it just turned on and off and it ran low or high, but it was quiet. I liked the reviews on this new one being as quiet as a gentle rainstorm, but it is not. The remote is easy to read & figure out and I like the look of the new unit, and my son is an electrical engineer & installed the unit for me. When it is 90+ outside and humid, the unit doesn't really cool off the room. If I leave my home and come back, it is so warm and the unit is on, but the air coming out is not really cooling my living room. Disappointment at the cost vs the reality of this AC unit. I have had this unit since June 20, 2021 and it is only July 25, 2021 and I am so frustrated. I have a series of fans in the living room assisting with the air flow. I don't know how to upload an image, I am a 71 year old lady and that is not a thing I know how to do.

Nice air conditioner with good features and the ability to adjust from a remote control adds even more versatility. I am glad I went with the higher BTU's because it runs less and keeps me cool.

Everything is good, except it is a little noise.

Very pleased with this A/C. Remote with various settings leaves my home very comfortable.

It's surprisingly quiet. The house was cooled down in less than 30 minutes. We bought 2 and it was worth it. We had it for a couple weeks before we got it install. For the price we paid it meet our expectations.

This is a easy to install air conditioner even being disabled it may have took me a couple days to do it but I got it in and we love it and is very efficient and it keeps the whole downstairs cold in this big old house I am just happy and thinking I should probably get one for the upstairs

Very loud and not extremely cold

Definitely cools off very good, but is very LOUD. That's why I am returning.
