Installer from Best Buy has tried to adjust, and Whirlpool has sent 2 different technicians who have been able to make slight improvements - but still off-center.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is an exhaust fan that stays on for a period when the oven is turned off. It would have been advantageous for KitchenAid/Whirlpool to have given some information about this in the user pamphlet. Information about what? The fan's use, and the length of time it remains 'on' after the oven is turned off. I have never had an oven with such a feature, and it was sort of startling to hear this somewhat load fan after the oven's usage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bakes much more evenly. The controls take a little getting used to. Preheat seems a little slower that my old oven. Fan is a little loud and runs for a long time to cool oven. I have started leaving my oven open to cool it faster (at least during cool days). 3 shelves are nice and the ceramic stone is a nice bonus. Seems a little deeper and wider inside than my last oven. It was pretty pricey so I hope it lasts a long time.

The oven when running is very loud i.e. think white noise machine (louder than than you would expect) and continues until the oven cools down. If noise is an issue for some, consider another oven. I had to return it as it was not acceptable to me.

Purchased this product from Home Depot end of April 2018, put into service and installed end of June 2018. Tried to use lowest cycle of self-clean on August 26th and it shut down. Have had 5 visits from warranty repairman sent by Kitchen Aid and they have replaced four parts (taken my built in oven out of new cabinetry and taken it apart 5 times and cannot seem to get working. Still not working and they refuse to qualify this as valid for a unit replacement?? Told by their repairman first visit not to ever use self-clean again??? One of the reasons I purchased this particular oven?? Now having to take 6th day off work to have Kitchen Aid send out a different repairman for a second opinion??? I cannot believe this is happening. Every call to warranty department resulted in anywhere from 45 - 75 minute wait on hold to get through (maybe a sign things are bad) and every customer service agent I have spoken to has been rude, dismissive and uncaring. They are not knowledgeable about the part delivery process and could not seem to understand some of the questions I was asking. I am honestly quite disheartened and cannot believe this is happening.

there was no user manual included with this oven and there is no user manual available here on this website.(.ca) or the US website (.com) pressing the "Convect Modes" doesn't do anything nor do the Bake, Broil, and Proof buttons. It just stays on Bake. It is also unclear as to the sequence of buttons to press to turn the oven on and set a temperature. Is it Start, then digits, then Start? or is it digits then Start? or is it some other combo still? Maybe KitchenAid would be so kind as to share the "secret handshake" that is required to use the features of this oven because it is most definitely not obvious. The user interface is horrendous if we need a manual to use it and then kitchenaid doesn't even give you one. total fail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to this oven after the Whirlpool oven I bought blew out everytime I ran the self clean option. I haven't cleaned this one yet but really like the look of it and how it seems to hold temperature.

Really disappointed. Takes FOREVER to preheat - perhaps because it heats up teh entire house every time you turn it on. EXTREMELY LOUD. Wont heat at low temps, doesn't brown well. Really subpar.

Love that it has so many cooking options and warms up to desired temperature quickly.

Purchased for my mother 2017 Christmas gift She really enjoyed using it. Work great UNTIL we did the self cleaning January 2018 . During the self cleaning it shut down the screen went black no clock nothing and the door remained locked. Did a google search of ( Oven shuts down during self cleaning ) one of the fist results was KitchenAid. Have not had the oven even a Month . Getting it repaired under Warranty . The self cleaning was one of the features my mother requested I am now afraid this will be a reoccurring problem.
