[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a part of an "appliance package" in my house contract. The large burners turn on at MAXIMUM gas and flare out toward my hand at the control. At full CCW knob rotation the gas is at minimum. Backwards design. I've burned the hair off my knuckles and forearm. I would never recommend this burner to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the layout of the burners. I don’t like where the knobs are to turn them on. When I have a pan on the front two burners I have to be very careful not to burn my fingers when I adjust the burner, the knob is partly under the pan. I also don’t like how high the grate’s are. I don’t have as much room between the cooking surface and the microwave above it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop burners have great output and more even heat; much easier to control the temperature and cooking than my old one. But I don't like that there is not enough room to put your pan on the heat without overlapping onto the dials for the front two burners. Also, a bit more difficult to clean under the grills as you have to remove all of them to get underneath rather than one at a time. Overall I am very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement cook top for my old one of 17 years . It works wonderfully . The only downfall is cleaning it . The grates are very heavy and cumbersome . As I get older this will be more of a challenge . My last one had a glass top which made it easier for cleaning up spills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleased with this cooktop overall. It can be a little crowded if you need to use multiple burners at one time. The markings on and around the dials are not easy to see or read when looking down while cooking. Other than these two observations, the cooktop performs well.

The multiple size burners provide an excellent selection for a variety of cooking needs. We like the clean lines of the unit. The only drawback is the lack of a well marked indication that the burners are in the off position.

Love the 5 burners. The knobs on this feel much more high quality than similar brands.

This cooktop came with our new home. At first I did not care for the rough finish so many are complaining about in the reviews. But I find it so much easier to keep clean than the traditional shiny stainless finish on most cooktops. I just wipe it with soap and water and dry it off and it always looks great and so far has not scratched at all, which was a problem for me with most shiny finishes. I do agree that sometimes it takes a second for the flame to come on, and the writing on the controls is difficult to read. With that said, you only have to look at the flame to see how high it is set. I do wish it would have come with a griddle. It seems to heat well and cook very evenly. Overall, I love this cooktop and recommend it.

takes forever.. very low flame i don’t recommend it for urgent cooking

The biggest issue is you can not read the settings, why Would they approve such a ridiculous display! The.next issue is the discoloration of the Burner Rings, very Cheaply made.

Love the product but came with ZERO instructions for installation. We had to hire someone to come in and convert to propane. AND - the contracted had to buy a wrench to convert.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking and works well. The only design flaw is that you can turn on the gas and it will flow even when the starter is not going. My old stove top would continue to fire until the gas lit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed with this cooktop. If you only cook with one pan or cook seldom then it will probably be fine. If you like to cook you will be disappointed that only the center burner has a simmer. The front two burners are only good if you are trying to slowly (and I mean slowly) heat something. They do not have enough BTU output to be of much use. The smaller back burners are fine for small pans but don't think of putting a larger pan on them. Not enough BTU for a larger pan. The only burner that puts out any heat is the center burner which also happens to be the only one with simmer. Based on our build package this was our only option. I wish I could have picked another model or brand. Definitely not for a serious cook.

It’s good but the front burners are very close to the knobs .so when I put a medium/large (doesn’t matter) size pans/pots on the front burners- the knobs get really hot and I am always scared of getting burned by the hot pans/pots too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instruction writing around the knobs (off, ignite, etc…) on the stainless steel surface is almost invisible. Why didn’t you do it in white or black??? Burner problems. Seeing orange and yellow flames.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop for me doesn’t fit multiple pots or pans if you have one over the center burner. The high/low copy around the knobs is extremely difficult to see and read. I have cooked on it for 2 months and am considering a different cooktop with the knobs on the front not on top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has a hard time firing up. One burner sometimes. Cannot ignite. While cooking you hear a reoccurring puff puff puff throughout the time your cooking. Hard to read the dials. I've never had such troubles with other gas ranges.
