[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cold brew maker is very simple and takes minimal space in the fridge. My favorite feature is the valve system and how easy every thing is to clean. Best purchase I’ve bought in a long time. Honestly can’t say enough it’s saved me so much money.

We absolutely LOVE our cold brew coffee maker!!! We used to have the smaller size but everyone loved it so much we were always running out of ice coffee and had to upgrade to the larger size! It is so perfect and extremely easy to use, just fill the inside filter basket with your favorite ground coffee, then fill basket with water, set in the refrigerator (I usually leave it overnight from about 5pm - 8am), and it's DONE! Remove the filter basket and set back in frig and it's ready to serve up! YUM!

Fits in my refrigerator without taking up too much space and looks great in there. Makes great cold brew. No problems with leakage and comes apart easily for cleaning. Love it.

Easy to clean, assemble & use. Have made cold brew & iced tea since it's arrival. Super delicious. It doesn't take up as much space in fridge as I thought it would.

The system that I have been using for a long time was small and I constantly felt like I was grinding beans and making coffee. I was hunting for a larger size that would still fit in my fridge without taking up a ton of room and this is it! After making my first batch, I was thinking, "wow it takes a lot of coffee vs. water". The next day I poured a cup and added ice....it was sooooooo strong. I ignored the instructions of adding water/milk to it because I had never added anything to the coffee from my old system. Once I found the perfect concentrate to water ratio I loved it even more. This batch will most likely last an entire week and it makes some really really great coffee. The system was easy to use and directions were easy to follow. The container is all glass and stainless and very heavy and very great quality. This will probably out live me. I am so happy with this product and will not be using anything else!

I read and follwed all instructions which are very easy to understand and do. The Stainless steel Steeper that requires NO Paper Filter is great. After adding the right amount of coarsely ground coffee beans and wate, then refrigerating overnight, this Morning I made an iced coffee and it was delicious. I also see you can make tea and a huge plus for me especially with the Holidays around the corner is using the Steeper to infuse some fruit in Vodka for entertaining. The Unit is also a great size for easy transport. There is no doubt I will get a ton if different uses for the Dispenser. Another GREAT Product from KitchenAid!

You let it steep to get that rich full bodied flavor & enjoy! This is NOT watered down version like the kind you brew hot over ice type of cold brew coffee machines. This is a true COLD brew. After you prepare and it has steeped, you actually put it in your fridge as it has a small footprint. It has a stainless steel tap/spigot that dispenses the cold brew anytime you want it right from your fridge ready at you fingertips! It has a handle to carry easily for portability. It's top quality and beautifully designed with glass and stainless steel for easy usage and clean up. No staining or film left on the glass.The reusable stainless steel steeper is labeled with fill level indicators to take the guesswork out of the brewing process. You can not only make cold coffee brews but you can use this to brew teas as well. This unit will definitely catch the eyes of your guests and impress them. It has its own dispenser so there is no transferring brewed coffee/tea to another container. Cold brew takes the bitterness you can get with boiling tea bags. Cold coffee can be used as is or mixed for fancy coffe drinks for pennies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Kitchen Aid 38 oz Cold Brew Coffee Maker. I love how easy it is to prepare and clean! I grind up 11.9 to 12 oz fresh coffee beans until coarse, add the appropriate amount of water (59 oz) and let it sit for 24 hours. I can get about 2 1/2 to 3 cups (20 oz each) out of that. The flavor is fresh and strong. This saves me so much money! I love how portable it is. The stainless steel handle is strong and sturdy. The spout is convenient I just wish it dispensed a little quicker. I’m super happy with this! I definitely recommend it!

So, for us having a good batch of tasty brew is something we are enjoying a lot since last few days. Here is my review of the product: 1. The product has a glass jar with a tap on it. Inside it the removable filter made of very fine steel. so, one can assemble it in less than 5 minutes. 2. You need to add coarse ground coffee to the filter, add water and leave it aside for next 16-24 hours. 3. After 24 hours, just remove the filter and you are have very nice smelling coffee on the tap. In terms of performance, the quantity which it prepares is very good and I would assume that it should last us minimum for a week. The tap makes it real easy to directly pour the concentrate into your cup and you are good to go. In terms of cleaning, take little bit care to clean the glass jar and filter. I have done the hand wash only with little soap. It would assume that this is not dish washer safe. Overall, it's a very simple way to make decent size of cold brew and on the tap makes it easy to use. I liked the quality of product and it's very much portable due to the handles on glass jar as well as filter. I would suggest it to keep it in Refrigerator so that coffee remains fresh for minimum of a week. would recommend it for sure. No reason for not liking it :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few days ago and I am not big on ice coffee. I use this for making flavored water such as mint and lemon water. Also makes a great container for vodka and strawberries. This fits just right in my fridge and the nozzle is very easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Cold Brew coffee maker is so easy to use, and the results are gourmet! It is just 3 parts, the glass maker/decanter, the stainless steel steeper and lid. You put the grounds in the steeper (which can also be used for tea!!!) pour water and brew! I let mine brew for 24 hrs, but it says anywhere from 12-24 hrs. I wanted it real strong, it came out perfect! Having brewed it for that long, i was extremely impressed with how smooth the brew was, and it was not bitter or acidic. Also, the design & quality of the brewer is wonderful. It has nice gripping feet on it so it does not slide in the fridge. The holes/mesh on the steeper are so fine, no grounds got through into the brew! The stainless steel tap rotates easily on/off. No dripping. It exceeded my expectations. And if you love coffee, I am sure you will love this!

This is very easy to set up and the compact container fits perfectly on the top shelf of my refrigerator. The hassle free spout allows me to easily fill my glass without any mess, and I don't find any loose grounds at the bottom of the containter. What I like best about this coffee maker is that it can also be used to make iced tea. I am very happy with this product and anyone who enjoys cold brew coffee will love this.

38 Oz Cold Brew Coffee Maker flooded my brand new fridge with coffee. I opened a support case—did not hear from a soul. I created an official review—nothing. About to post on Facebook. This is ridiculous. I should be offered a replacement. Do not buy!!!

I want to love it so much and I did for a couple of months of cold brew joy followed by coffee being spilled all over my fridge. Have just contacted support and hoping for a response because c'mon! This could be so perfect if it did not leak coffee all over my fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought as a gift for my husband. We love it. Very easy to use and clean up is a breeze. The serving spout works well but we save on fridge space by using glass bottles to store the coffee concentrate. So tasty!

It’s made of mostly glass, has a base surface that captures sediment to keep it out of your drink, and has a great coffee filter that tips to drain using the lid. Great product overall. Where they fall down a bit is the instruction manual and the lack of explanation of how much coffee and water to mix. The only video I could find says fill to a barely visible line on the filter but the that would be four times the coffee the paperwork suggested. I’ve been going with 1.5 cups off grounds and fill to the top with water and getting decent results so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the 38 ounce size because we already have the 28 ounce size and love it, but wanted more quantity. However it is perhaps too large. It takes much longer to pour the water in, because the larger basket for the coffee slows down the initial filtration rate. And the the batch itself, when made, was more than we could finish before it semed stale.

Was really strong if you follow the directions and don’t like a strong brew. She adapted the ground coffee amount to suit her taste and now fits her taste perfectly. Easy to clean and works great.
