Kitchen Aid 5 burner grill
We purchased the grill just before Mother's Day. We have used it to grill chicken, vegetables and corn on the cob. We use the searing burner to seal the flavor in the chicken. The chicken tastes so delicious. All the food comes out perfect. The grill keeps its heat as promised so it's easy to cook on it. We love it and look forward to continued use for many years.

Great Grill
This grill can turn your outside into a kitchen. The side burner is great for frying fish and boiling corn, keeping the heat outside and not in the house. The searing side burner is great for putting the quick hot seat on your steaks. The large cooking area with 5 burners allows you to control the heat and cook to perfection. I love the lights on the control panel at night when grilling making setting controls easier and user friendly. Love it would buy again in a second. Great quality.

Overall, I really like this grill. The high btu output on each burner takes a little getting used too, but it's great for cooking steaks. It doesn't take long to get the grill heated to 800 degrees. My only wish is that the wheels on it were bigger. It is a bit hard to wheel it around with such small wheels.

Assembly was fairly easy, though not the best instructions. Really only the side shelves/burners needed to be attached to the main grill cabinet... the rest is already assembled. I really like the sear burner for steaks ... you can get that perfect crust on the outside! Very large main grilling area

Grill was packaged very well when it was delivered and was very easy to assemble. I have used it several times already and love it. The grill heats up quickly, is easy to control the heat while cooking, and cooks evenly over the cooking surface.

Overall seems like a good bbq. It was a fair bit of work to change this over from propane to natural gas. Not difficult but a liitle time consuming as there are 7 different burners that the orifices have to be changed. You also need a long, small flat head screwdriver to adust the flame height.

I apologize for the inconvenience and hassel in converting your grill over to NG but on the plus note you wont have to take the time and day to purchase a propane tank every time you run out or take the risk of running out of gas. We appreciate your feedback in regards to the flat head screwdriver and your absolutely correct about that but on the positive note the grill is already preset for the right amount flame height and only needs to be adjusted when absolutely needed. I purchased this grill to replace my Weber grill that lasted me 12 years. After less than 2 years...
I purchased this grill to replace my Weber grill that lasted me 12 years. After less than 2 years this grill is catching on fire and falling apart. Controlling heat has always been a problem. I have my grill professionally cleaned 4 times a year. I have many KitchenAid appliances, so I was confident this was a good purchase. I could not have been more wrong. I filed a claim with Nextgrill, but they have not been helpful. I now need to replace an expensive grill after only 2 years. Grill is falling apart everywhere. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

For the price, this has it all! Was the exact size with all the features we were looking for and 1/2 the price of other comparable grills. The only problem was that we wanted it in Natural Gas so we had to convert it from LP. Wasn't much trouble but did take time. The item that has given me the most trouble is adjusting the flame control as the screws inside the knobs didn't want to turn and I had to buy a specific screwdriver to fit correctly.

Kitchenaid should NOT put their name on this
Attachment point for burners popped off after just about a year...expect more from a $900 grill with supposedly a 10 year burner warranty.
If you are considering this grill, save yourself the money and buy something 1/2 the price. Only thing you're getting here is the KitchenAid name on a Made In China Nexgrill.
LED lights failed within 2 weeks, igniters failed within 2 weeks, rust started at 4 weeks on the outside.

Excellent product. Easy to understand instructions to build. Took about 30 minutes to assemble. Well built and looks great. Searing unit works well and unit is tight so it heats up quickly and retains heat. Propane storage and retractable platform for tank are sweet.Good price for this unit.

Very good, well made product. Features and capacity are a good value at this price point. I had the grill assembled and delivered at my local Home Depot. However, they refused to perform the conversion from LP to NG (liability concerns, I guess). Head's up to buyers, though not very difficult, the conversion requires an adjustment to the burner flame height. This has proven very difficult since the adjustment point is deep inside the control valve stem. Despite a call to customer support, I still haven't been able to make the adjustment.

Most of the time the flame will not have to be adjusted, but in the cases where it does need it, you need to use a precision screw driver to make sure you are able to reach the adjustment point.
