It leaked and sprayed and was obviously defective. Not a happy camper. I haven’t had a chance to return it due to a death in family.

It flushes and works great

Initially concerned about a replacement for a Toto toilet. Used the search and found it. Phone appp showed me where to look in the store and inventory was correct only two left. Product matched and was fairly easy to install. No tools needed. Instructions on setting the full level were a bit vague. Also told to set the height so that a line is half inch below the column. Can't see that inside the tank. All worked out.

Good doc, easy install, works well

Great product. Definitely watch the installation video before starting (and keep it handy during install) and you won't have any issues getting this set up.

Installed in a TOTO Ultimate one piece toilet. Very easy install.

Part did what was expected and was a perfect replacement. Install took me 15 min max and doesn't cause my toilet to have stutter/resonance anymore.

Replaced the original Toto valve on a 15 year old Drake toilet. Incredibly easy to do, instructions with the replacement unit were crystal clear, and it works perfectly right out of the box.

This item fixed the hissing problem with my toilet. It fit perfectly and only took 15 minutes to install.

Fit perfectly, was fairly easy to install and the directions (which need to be followed) were clear and easily understood. Works great, no more hissing from a leak. Wish all my DIY projects were this simple.

I purchased this valve in June of 2022. Last night (02/13/2023) there was a loud pop sound from the bathroom. I went in to find that the valve will no longer stay in the lower position. It has extended to its full height. I pushed it back into place, but it popped back up within minutes. Until I'm able to replace it I have to turn the water off between flushes to keep the valve from flooding my bathroom.

Home Depot show they carry the Toto line of flushers...but they don't. They only had one model with nobody on the floor to help in the purchase. And I waited!! It's OK because I emailed the company multiple times with a response but no follow through. Never sure what to do in these situations.
