We bought this door then kept it in the original packaging for a year until we were finished with remodeling other areas of the house. By this time the warranty had expired. My husband taped and papered the windows before staining not spotting the fingerprints inside the glass of two of the windows. After removing the paper we noticed this. There is no way of removing these finger prints unless we tear into the wood around the glass. I'm so very disappointed in this product and the time and money we spent. Poor workmanship to miss this obvious mistake.

Well built solid wood door, installed easily no need for any adjustments and stained very well. I loved the knots in the wood, that really give it character.

Construction quality seems very good at first look. Unfinished exterior no complaints, nicely done. Unfinished interior very poor! Spent many hours re-sanding, filling etc. Exposed nails, gaps in mullions, really bad fill and sand on nail holes etc. iG (insulated glass) is mediocre quality. All in all would not buy again in unfinished.

Beautiful door, let's is a fantastic amount of light. The clear coat of stain/protection I paid extra for was very thin and uneven. I'll have to apply additional coats myself to really seal and protect this exterior door.

The door is beautiful and looks great installed. After installation, however, two hairline cracks appeared on two panes in exactly the same place. Do you provide replacements in this situation for a product at this price point?

Beautiful door, but does not come with a large enough kick plate for the door of its size and also does not come brick molding like other doors.

Door is very solid and in general well made. It arrived a week later than estimated, but it was well packed. Overall I am happy with three reservations. There are flaws in the finish (mostly around the glass), nothing I can't fix, but for this kind of money I'd have expected better. The pre-drilled lockset holes are slightly mis-aligned. This is not an installation issue. The door was painstakingly installed with plumb measured to the millimeter. The last issue and the one that concerns me the most is the gaskets around the insulated glass are already bleeding. I can see the black rubber caulk along the edge of several of the panes. In my experience, this issue only gets worse over time.

This is a beautiful door. We are in the process of staining it, and for the look I want sealing it first with linseed and paint thinner. There was a gap between threshold and bottom of door that came that way from manufacturer. We were able to raise the threshold to meet the door and fill the gap.

Love the door, came packaged very well and all the glass was taped for easy staining. The only weird thing was the metal floor board base part was extremely short and wouldn’t cover the thereshold so we had to buy an extra part to cover the open spot

Some of spacers that go between the glass panels weren’t properly installed. They were visible and exposed instead of tucked behind the wood transoms. It’s a shame because the rest of the door was beautiful. I would expect more from a door with this price tag on it.

The door itself is fine, Home Depot & the carrier company did a terrible job. Door came late & all damaged from shipping.

These are fabulous doors. Would buy them again!
