Great lockset but with cheap materials on wear surfaces of parts. The latch wore out in less than 3 years. I called Quickset's warranty number, and they are replacing at no charge. All Quickset locks come with a lifetime warranty on materials.

Looks very fancy and appropriate for our new door. I wished it had another lock but we like the design.

Looks good, but the doorknob fell off in my hand before I could install the rest. The doorknob is one unit (no assembly required) but it broke apart completely. Also missing part "T" from the kit.

This looks fantastic on my new door, and a great value for the cost. It is so easy to lock and unlock, which is a large difference in comparison to what I had on the door previously. I'm very happy with this purchase! I also purchased the light and the door (not painted yet) from Home Depot, and very happy with those purchases as well.

Easy to install, most importantly is you can re-key. I used to have existing 6 keys used by my family, I just re-key only one and all other existing keys are ready to use. Instructions are very easy to follow.

Love the bronze look worked great for our front door since we have a smart look we opted out on mounting the dead bolt. Took the husband about 20 minutes since he had to drill a hole in our door to attach the bottom of the handle to the door.

Exactly what I wanted. A good and sturdy door lock. I bought one before and it lasted a long time. Meets my expectations.

This lock is just what I was looking for! Easy installation for my handyman. The best part I was able to rekey the locks, (using the reset key included in the package), that allowed me to use my same key, and not make new keys. Love it!

Great concept but poor implementation. I already replaced my current lock with a previous malfunctioning lock. I'm currently unable to lock/unlock the door by using the key or bluetooth connection. Even if it was working everytime you need to change the batteries or pair the lock you need to remove these incredibly small screws that always drop to the floor and are difficult to find. Thing is, I really want to like the lock but they need to continue developing this product. Would be worth the price if they addressed the issues I'm pointing out.

Wanted to match front door with the push button door lock and will use the lock that came with this unit on the back utility door. Having the smart key is such a nice system, make sure to keep a original key if you want to program back.

This gave my husband a little grief when he was installing it, but once it was done we were very pleased. Just wish my front door was a little prettier to match this beautiful set.

I was looking for brushed silver but when I saw this (kinda brushed copperey black) I really liked it. Not too bad to install but directions confusing. Had to return to store for more instructions. It's installed on south facing front door which gets sun all day and discolored 2 previous door handles. After painting my front door this was the finishing touch that it needed. Really pretty.
