Product was easy to find. Appears to be a quality product at a fair price. Easy to install.

Installation of this front door entry system was fairly easy (note: the door and door frame had pre-existing holes). I’m not very handy with tools, so if I can install this hardware anyone can! Looks/works great!

I bought the above Kwikset lock set from Home Depot. After trying to install it and having a lot of trouble doing it, I realized that my Kwikset box was missing an integral part of the lock set! I ended up using the latch set from my old lock! Nothing else I could do. It worked, but not impressed!

Easy to install. Opened the box, removed the old handle, read the instructions and installed the new handle.

For the money a locking handle should have been included.

The actual handle and lock looked nice. The instructions were generic to a couple of different models and I think some parts were missing.

Have not been able to convert the lock to my current keys. Will seek help from store.

Easy to install / looks great... but replacing the exact same set (over ten years old)) that broke.

Great new door set! Was abke to coordinate lock with garage door too.

I was very happy with the lock set, but unfortunately the pre drill offset for the handle and deadbolt in my door would not match the set

This door handle set is outstanding quality and it would be rated a 5 but for one problem. The box says it fits most standard doors ... those prepped for this type of handle and lock. I paid about $1,400 for my front door maybe 25 years ago and have had two other standard handle sets on the door since and this one is a bit longer requiring me to drill a new hole for the bottom handle screw an inch or so below the original hole. So measure carefully if you have a standard door and wish to use this handle. I small amount of putty fixed the problem though

The construction of the locks were solid. Easy to install. The installation instructions and the smart rekeyed instructions were clear and easy to follow.
