Fit in the wall where previous air condition was. No modifications were needed. Cord was just long enough. Works great.

Units fan did not work upon arrival. Of course we had installed it and let it set to settle before we discovered it. Bought online so had to deal with LG directly, Service reps were helpful, but in the end you do not get a full refund amount. I was informed it is because of depreciation. I went to my local appliance store and bought a great unit that works!

The AC installer found it easy to install- he did think that it would beneficial in fFL humid and hot weather for there to be a drain hole in the left corner so a drain tube could be installed. Took no time at all for the house to cool down!

This ac does not come with a sleeve. Have trouble finding one to fit properly Also a bit noisy.

Works perfectly did have eco mode which was a plus, and cools the condo instantly. The sound is not annoying. Can still watch TV while it’s running. Very happy customer

Great little unit. You do need the LG sleeve for it to go into the wall (sold separately). But once up and running it’s fairly quiet and pushes out ice cold air. Very happy I chose this unit.
