One month old, refuses to heat the air
Had this dryer just over one month, stopped heating the air. Not the infamous D85 or 95 code. Simply ZERO heat. LG will give you a run around for literally days if you call them about it. I wouldn’t buy this one again

I love the ThinQ connect platform that sends a push notification when a cycle is complete. We have these installed in an upstairs Laundry room and we can't hear when a cycle finishes. Besides the connected tech aspect, the units clean the clothes very well and are pleasant to look at.

This is our 2nd LG dryer and it has been great about 1 month in. Our first dryer lasted 10 years and could have lasted even longer, but we got rid of it only because our washer stopped working. Love the modern technology with app connectivity, and most importantly is does a great job drying clothes!

Don’t buy it!!!! Horrible product and horrible customer service!!!! Wasted so much time calling and waiting. Broke after 2 uses and took 2 weeks and 3 appts to fix. The dryer started showing an error code after 48 hours of delivery. Called Home Depot and they said to call LG. Called LG they sent a technician and fixed it but the error code came back again the same evening. Called LG again asked for a new dryer they said no. They want to fix it and made an appt for Friday. On Friday the tech was no show and called to say the part is MIA. Finally waited another 3 days the tech came back to fix. We will see how long it will last.

It does a good job, looks good and works as I want it to. Does have a large capacity for a number of bulky things. The only thing that I don't feel is good is that the default is for a warmer temp than I like to use. I really wish this could be changed so that I can find my own default instead of having to adjust so much with every load. I don't mind adding or subtracting time to the load, I'm used to that, but I prefer cooler temps that has to be set each time. That's annoying.

IT IS OK BUT I DO NOT LIKE THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE A LIGHT INSIDE. ALSO THERE IS ALWAYS LINT ON THE DOOR WHEN I OPEN IT TO GET THE CLOTHES OUT. AND THIS IS NOT DUE TO NOT CLEANING OFF THE FILTER, BECAUSE I DO THAT EVERY TIME I PUT THE CLOTHES IN TO DRY.

Amazing product
We bought this as a set about 2 years ago and I can’t love it enough. The preset settings are perfect for what we need and the smart app that links with our Alexa is a nice feature for sure. Love love love it!
