A great size box. Seemed very rugard. My carpenter was very pleased. It looks good on the outside of my house too.

My opinion is that i'ts overpriced for the quality (very flimsy) and LG's customer service isn't the greatest. LG encourages buying this product because it mates with their A/Cs. I had some installation questions that their reps could not answer.

The instructions were difficult to follow for installation. However when I got online and got clarification it all went well. The product did why it is supposed to.

The unit was exactly as advertised and fit my LG AC perfectly.

It was well packaged and easy to install. I don’t like the fact that it didn’t come with the air conditioner and was even more upset that the thing is so expensive for what it is. No reason this thing is over $80. Should be a $25-35 item. Especially after I spent over $450 for the air conditioner.

The sleeve was well built with more features than I expected i.e. the inside and outside covers should I need to remove the AC for the winter. I first thought the sleeve was a bit expensive but changed my mind when I saw the workmanship and extras.

The sleeve came as ordered. The problem was that I bought the AC unit as well and this was a bad experience already reported in a previous survey.

The unit came fully assembled and well-protected in the box. It also came with two blanking plates and the rear screen. It appears to be made very solid.

It worked for what we needed

This is a very durable Sleeve. It also give the air conditioning unit to bring in air and drain properly.

I ordered it online and my installer got it to work just fine.

Worked very well with the LG Air Conditioner I purchased. Easy to install.

LG products especially the air conditioner that needed the sleeve is the worst. It's extremely noisy and LG isn't good with honoring your request on the warranty.

This wall case is a well designed metal case that minimizes the hassle of installing a 10,000 BTU or less room air conditioner unit through-the-wall. It came with all of the essential hardware needed to install the case and anchor it into the surrounding wall. This unit met all of my expectations. Word of caution- Make sure the intended A/C unit will fit into the case before purchasing & installing it.

The item arrived dented, the installers were able to do so after 'working on it.' Had I not had people here working on installing the screen and the AC, I would have sent it back.

not much to review; it holds the A/C unit.....

It is just a metal box, you don't really need it if you trim out the wall opening neatly. I got it to match my LG a/c I also ordered, but it is not a perfect match to the a/c size and it does not have a sloped bottom to help the water drain. There is also no way to attach the a/c to the sleeve to prevent removal - the only thing stopping someone from pushing out your a/c and sliding into your house is the foam stuffing sealing the gaps. Worst of all, the box came with one corner smashed in (shipped to my house). I tried to get a replacement expressed so I could install it before it hit 90, but the HD person I spoke to said it was even more likely to get damaged with express shipping. Moral of the story - pick it up at the store. I ended up hammering it back into shape since I didn't want to wait another 10 days.

This fit the air conditioner perfectly. It installed into the wall and the ac unit plugged right in. It is fairly heavy duty construction.

This is essentially an empty metal box. It is the right size for the a/c it is paired with. Sturdy, it came with insulation to seal the space around it, if needed. If you're going to install a through-the-wall a/c, order the sleeve or regret not doing that.

The screen is poorly made

Haven't installed yet, size is right on for my unit.
