[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The final result: it looks amazing. The instructions were kind of difficult. I would recommend 2 people to put this together. It took just under two hours for my husband and I. It's VERY tall. Put together wherever you're keeping it, if possible. Some of the pieces came a little bent or warped causing screws to not line up properly. We we're not able to get one screw to go in at the bottom of the base from the warped leg, luckily it does not impact the product's functionality and is not too noticable. There's also no tools included so have your drill and wrench ready. Aside from all that, I really love this outdoor heater. Your propane tank stays hidden inside as well as the control panel/igniter. There is a button to push to light the pilot, which is super convenient and less dangerous than having to put up a lighter or match. There's a little chain attached to the main door so it only opens a jar. You can take the chain off the hook if you want to remove it all the way to remove or put in your tank. Inside of the cage there is a glass tube that goes from the top of the propane tank to the top of the heater. This thing puts out an impressive amount of heat and is such a cool conversation piece. The wheels make it easy to move from one place to another. I've gotten so many compliments. I do wish it came with a cover so I can keep it safe when not in use. I'll be looking into purchasing one separately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Legacy gas patio heater is simply amazing! It’s huge, bigger than I was expecting, but nonetheless amazing! It was tricky to put together. I had to enlist the help of my husband, but it was well worth the time spent assembling it. It puts out a lot of heat and just looks awesome!!!

Living in Maine, our nights are becoming cooler but we still love to enjoy our time on the back deck! This heater is tall, beautiful, and durable. I love that it's easy to move around on our deck, we tend to bring it closer to us when we want to warm up and then store it on the corner of the deck. The flames are beautiful and the adjustable settings are very nice to have depending on the weather or ambiance you want. The heater came beautifully packaged with no issues or missing parts. The assembly did need an extra tool what wasn't in the directions (a wrench) for the bottom pieces. The assembly time estimated an hour but it took my husband a little more than 2 hours. The screws were screwed in so he had to take them out, put the parts together, then put the screws back in. Not a huge deal, but made the assembly take longer. Overall, we are very pleased with this product and would highly recommend. I feel like this patio heater is very versatile would be a great addition to any deck!

This thing looks great but give off get little heat. I was worried about this based on the design. The base of the flame is just too far from the heat grill and the dispersement shield, both of which are undersized compared to my old unit. The first day I put it together, we had been outside working and playing in t-shirts all day. Just as it started to get cool in the evening, we fired up the Decorative Flame Feature. even after warming up for 20 minutes, you had to stand right up next to it to feel any heat. This will be completely useless on an actual cold evening. Also guess through propane very quickly for what little heat it actually makes. Very disappointed.

It is taller than I expected. I think the instructions for putting together could have used a little more clarification on some of the steps but we got it put together in an afternoon. I love my new heater!

These heaters last a year and are nothing but a paper weight after. I’ve had nothing but issues with these things since after a month of my purchase. I bought two of them and now I’m out $500 and severely disappointed

Beautiful piece of art. Great ice breaker. Instructions may need clarifications, will need patience to assemble.

Save your money. Replacement glass tube is not available. I failed by not checking if replacement parts were available and the glass tube accidentally broke. Now I’m stuck with a pile of scrap metal.

Got this on sale. Not sure why so many complain on instructions and putting together. Super easy. Works great so far.

Assembly was difficult. Assembly instructions were unclear on many stages of the assembly. Some parts didn't fit well together. It is difficult to light. The ignitor stopped working. Had to use a butane lighter to start the heater

I bought two. One functions perfectly with the great look of a nice design. The second one worked for 2 days, now can’t transition from lit pilot to normal flame. Had to return and reorder. We’ll see.

The unit was designed very poorly. During assembly, the holes did not align and was a PAIN to assemble. The designers of this unit should be fired. Also, the instructions were unclear. I have the unit put together with left over parts since they won't fit. I am using the unit and it works well, but the average person would not be able to assemble. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

I was very disappointed in this heater, especially for what it cost. First of all, it's extremely difficult to assemble and the instructions are basically worthless. I contacted the seller and they sent a short video with a cute young woman assembling the unit, also basically useless. After struggling with it for 5 or 6 house we finally got it put together and upon trying it out realized that it does not offer much heat either.

Beside the poorly written instructions and the lack of marking on components, the final product is good and attractive.

These are beautiful heaters. I bought 2 of them. The igniters on both failed. I am debating on returning them since I can still start them up manually with a long lighter. It was very disappointing. How do 2 heaters have dud igniters?? I shouldn’t have to manually turn on these heaters.
