A couple boxes had quite a few broken pieces, but Home Depot exchanged them no problem. They were very easy to cut and after install they feel and look amazing!

The people that shipped it aren’t very careful. A lot of broken tiles. Also the Home Depot store gets lost when they deal with orders from Home Depot dot com.

It took us a while to decide on Shadow Wood....
It took us a while to decide on Shadow Wood. We thought it would be too dark but the installation has begun and it’s BEAUTIFUL!! It’s a true example of a wood look tile! We love it.!!!

Lifeproof tile is great value for excellent tile. My concern was the Home Depot delivery issues. Tile shipped from manufacturer next day after I ordered. Home Depot delivery agent messed up the delivery and it took 3 weeks to be delivered??
