After preying area, it took a long time to just to read the instructions. And still the door wouldn’t close, there’s a gap between the door and the wall, walls have a big gap on the floor that we are going to buy caulking to fill to prevent water to filter in the shed

This is the second Lifetime storage shed we have purchased. We appreciate the durability and look of the shed. Assembly could have been easier if parts had been more clearly marked. Overall it took about 15hrs total to assemble.

I purchased this shed, poured a concrete slab, and built it per the instructions. All went well till winter. The snow load bent the lightweight steel rafters. To add insult to injury, neither Lifetime nor Home Depot warranty the 3 bent rafters. I do not recommend this product!!!

This shed goes together pretty easy, you will need 2 people minimum to put it together and at least 1-2 days to assemble. The best part is that is does not leak like the metal sheds and it seems quite durable. Comes in 3 heavy boxes on a pallet so be prepared for that, you cannot lift them , best to just unload them 1 box at a time. Instructions are good but if you have the installation video close by on a laptop that is the best to refer back to.

The storage shed was very nice. The installation took three of us working together. The instructions weren’t the greatest but we YouTube it & the video helped greatly! The floor has to be on a solid foundation. Otherwise, we’re very happy with the storage shed.

Assembly was difficult and had missing fasteners. Roof panels and doors had fitment issues and numerous leaks in heavy rain.

I bought this about a month ago... We are just now finally finding time since our wedding to put it together... Got to step 3 and we have the wrong parts for the Gable.... The screws that we received in bag BEE are the right size and width and the right head style... But no point to go through the plastic.. A little disappointed that we may have to make alterations to make this work.. Also on a side note, the parts identifier pages were stuck between pages forty six and forty seven .. It wasn't until I tore apart the boxes and sort all of them and started double checking parts through the manual(step by step) that I found these pages.. A little disappointed with the setup...and the fact that I was not provided the correct parts is extremely frustrating

We're very handy people...it wasn't easy to assemble (video and instructions can improve to be more specific on many details); floor was VERY difficult to put together (can't imagine how it was so easy on the video) and one of the end pieces was a MISFIT(shorter and unfit to the other parts).I have called 4 times total.On the 3rd call they told me the request had been closed and that there was an issue with the address.On every call, they took ALL my information as the first time!Not happy!

The directions leave a lot to be desired. There are some yellow color pages in the middle of the instructions read them FIRST, the tell you what all the parts are. It took my wife and I APPX 11 hours to assemble the shed (minus the concrete). This seems like a pretty sturdy shed once it is assembled. I have had other lifetime products in the past and have been happy with them. If you need a relatively cheap shed, I would highly recommend this one. Both the Home Depot and Lifetime have a good thing going, keep up the good work.

The Lifetime 8x15 shed was replacing a 7x7 that I had previously installed. It has only been up for a month, so I can't comment on its longevity, but it is watertight, and I love the additional space. Things to do: 1. Watch the construction video on Youtube-at least twice. 2. Make sure your platform is flat & level. 3. Have a helper with you to pickup/move the boxes (They are heavy). 4. Take your iPad with you while constructing the shed so you can watch the Youtube video again! 5. If you live where there is significant snowfall, consider the snow load roof supports, available on the Lifetime website for about $130. It took about 8 hours, but I was able to construct the shed by myself, with some assistance to install the center gable. I added battery powered motion sensing lights inside and my shed is awesome!

Perfect for what we needed and looks beautiful as well. Very well made and easy to put together with the QR code instructions in the booklet.

This item arrived in good condition, it was not too difficult to assemble. The only issues so far are some warping around the header for the door and some of the roof screws don't hold well, not long enough for 3 panels.

It would have been so much better if the instructions were easy to understand. Parts weren't labeled and the way things were explained on how to put it together is very basic. For example the floor panels are shown that they just snap together. Come to find out after the shed is put together and we are about to connect the doors when we realized that the floor panels are not in the right order. Now the doors don't connect the way they are supposed to and we had to make our own holes in the floor just to connect the doors. Also the roof panels came a bit warped, so they don't connect completely together. there are gaps in between some of the panels. So far the rain hasn't gotten in but I'm sure we're going to have problems with bugs and other animals. For the money I spent I expected better!

I would highly recommend the 15x8 storage shed from lifetime. There is plenty of space in this shed, only challenge to this shed is all the parts and how long it took to actually build this. Me and my wife started at 9 am and didn’t finish until after 7 pm, and that was working straight through. I would say watch the YouTube video offered for this product because it was very helpful because the instructions are very confusing.

This is the second Lifetime shed I've purchased. First one 8 years+ ago 8'x10' and now this one 8'x15'. I'm very happy with these two sheds. Zero maintenance and they weather great with no problems. The video provided to help build is a must see before building and for me was much better than the manual instructions. The only surprise was the increased cost of these sheds. The cost of the first 8x10' Lifetime shed doubled in price which seem excessive but that seems to be the pattern with most things. Regardless of the cost I believe that this brand will last for years and provide a very nice shed to store yard equipment. One more plus is that I'll be relocating the 8x15 shed to a better spot and it shouldn't be to difficult if split into 3 sections. One thing that's very important is that the pad should be "level" or the doors will not close correctly. Easy build. Happy camper!

Excellent shed, Easy to put up, need two people. Most important issue is that the foundation has to be level. If not the corners and panel may not fit uniformly and require shimming to square the doors.

The directions are easy to follow. If you start out by assembling the trusses the first day you can easily put it up in a few hours. You will need 2 people for a couple steps but it is mostly a one man job. I installed the corner shelfs up high on every corner as I went it stayed strong.

more than 200 screws were missing and other parts not included in the box

With the exception that they sent some pieces that were incorrect. I had to make alternative plans and purchase a few things to make it work. Also the pieces were not labeled. The nuts, bolts and screws were difficult to determine where they went. However material of the shed was wonderful and after making the adjustments we definitely love our shed. Manufacturer should definitely make some improvements on packaging and labeling.

Wasn't as easy to put together and seen on YouTube; however, once it was all together, it turned out beautiful. The parts could have been better labeled with numbers or letter to make it easier to identify them. Overall, I'm very please with this selection. Gave me the extra space I needed and it looks good in my backyard.

Once it is put together it is really a nice shed. Instructions were difficult to follow. Instructions were in the 2nd box and not the 1st. Go figure. The lock did not line up properly and limited accessories to add to wall.

Just finished putting electricity in mind. We love it.

We love it! Directions along with build app made this a pretty straightforward assembly. We had a concrete base poured and a build party to erect it. It’s spacious, sturdy and cute. We added mission sensor lights to the inside.

600+ pounds of plastic and steel to move from curbside to your building site. Instruction manual is well put together, videos a pain to use. Wife and I assembled over The weekend, perhaps 8 hours total. We plastic flooring critical for wall/roof alignment is flimsy - lifetime can do better. Corner shelfs and side wall shelf’s critical for alignment. Do no forgot that step of installing! Larger issue is the doors - fixed spacing set by holes on flooring and gable arch..from the factory this spacing is too narrow, had to modify the door leading edges by grinding to allow closure. Got them to close but not sealed well. All in all a good shed, we will see how the plastic holds up over time.
