The outside frame could be a little more sturdy. Overall, easy to install and set.

Horrible company. Had a factory stain spot the size of a dime that was missed during factory paint. When I called to let them know they asked to send pictures and when I did they ignored my text and phone calls. Good luck with this company tacking care of any problems you may have with their doors from factory. They will ignore your text and phone calls and leave you with a defective $1,500.00 door

The door is beautiful, however the contractor who installed it said the holes for the door knob and the dead lock were not lined up properly and it caused him a lot of time to compensate for this defect.

My house is 100 years old and the original doors are smaller than most doors they make today. Fortunately, the MMI 30x80 door was a perfect fit! I'm so glad they had a smaller version in stock. Definitely would recommend it for anyone renovating an older home.

Unfortunately, the wood frame has rotted out. Should have known the composite wood frame would do that. If your door will see and moisture from rain or snow (which most exterior doors will) don't buy it.

The door arrived @ the HD in Auburn in perfect condition. The installation directions were clear and installation went smoothly. The door is well constructed and is as described.

Door took too long to get. Went to store and they couldn';t find it

The brickmold came loose during the installation of the door (retrofit). It was held on with not very many nails. I used trim screws to secure the brickmold to the frame. Other than that, door is solid and works well. While the description calls it a front door, it is a kitchen door.

This door went into the side of my garage, fit perfectly and lets in more light than the previous door did.

The door is great. Installation a breeze. My one and only complaint -the finish caps that cover screw holes at lite frame did not come in the box. So, the screw is exposed drastically reducing the aesthetic appeal of door.

Overall it is a very solid door that should last longer than I do.

I am very disappointed at how such beautiful solid core wood door comes pre-hung with cheap composite wood frame and sill. Considering this is an exterior door subject to the elements especially water, the wood composite frame will not hold up for long. I had to have my contractor reframe the door with solid wood. Such a waste of money and time. The price does not justify the quality of the product. I would caution about buying this door.

A 34" door is unusual I discovered, but that was the best use of the space I had. This door was well built, "reasonable" during the covid lumber price spikes, and looks great.

Looks great fit perfectly easy to install

Door is installed and looking good! It replaced an old, funky door, and makes a big difference in the view from both inside and outside. Fiberglass is a great, no-maintenance alternative. I look forward to years of service from this door.

The door jam was slightly damaged and the door does not hang well in its jam. There is a triangular gap at the bottom of a length of about five inches. Also, the screws that attach the grill to the inside of the window are an eyesore even with the small caps that are intended to fill them. The grill should have been attached is a different way. For the price paid, it is not a quality product.I would not recommend this product to anyone.
