Door had a small divot on one of the muntins. Patched with wood filler.

What a great door! I’m so surprised with how great the quality of this door is. From ordering to packing to shipping and in store pick up it was a breeze. The door comes with drilled holes, and yes the glass has a coating in it, but it’s required to properly paint the door. We do a lot of projects I will defiantly be ordering another one of these

Within 2 weeks of it being installed a piece of it started coming off

Eh, pretty lackluster unit but for a 15 light glass panel pre-hung it’s reasonable for the price. My gripes would be: 1.) Jamb inside dimension undersized, 2.) Primer had orange peel texture. 3.) Stops were mitered at the bottom instead of cut flush to jamb bottom so had to I had replace.

Went in easy, looks fantastic

Worked great. It was a little hard to get squared, but we were able to make it work.

Had to sand bad edges of wood frames. Was very well protected in shipping must have been bad in shop also top hinge was not properly set in mortise making it hang out of plumb

Very nice door. It was packed well - a little hard to get off the paint that was over the plastic on the glass but it really kept the door safe in transport. I really like how it looks.

My daughter wanted an indoor French door to brighten her study. Perfect! Thanks

Arrived without any damage. Easy to install. Looks great. No problem removing the plastic from the glass, but it made a mess because the paint on the plastic flakes into a million pieces. Bob
