We bought the door in December 2021. Unfortunately we couldn't install it until April 2022 [yesterday]. We installed in 4 hours. And it looks very nice. When we went to install the hardware, we couldn't get the screws to line up properly. The holes for the bolts were about 1/4" too low and the locking part of the hardware wasn't able to align properly because of it. HD won't do anything about it without us returning the whole door system. We just need a new properly drilled door. Sad.

The door was exactly what I needed. The door was easy to install and is good quality for the price.

The frame around window doesn't like up with the opposite side.So after it was painted you can see the paint that bled through the back.Glue had to be scraped out the seems because to much was used and wasn't wiped after applied. overall it was poor craftsmanship.Fortunately it was i installed in a area where it wont be something I have to look at everyday.it would of been more a pain to return and wait for a new and hold up production.So I chose to live with flaws of the door .that being said I won't be purchasing anymore doors from home depot anymore.

Exceeded expectations. Well built, well packaged, easy as any prehung door to install. The threshold was better than I expected. Price was right, these glass exterior doors can get pricey in a hurry.

Just what I needed fit well and good weather seal

I would have returned these doors but I had a time sensitive project to complete. The doors came boxed and they have big scrape marks on them and a dent. This is the garbage you get for almost $1000. So now I have to have them painted.

Expensive door, cheaply made. The pre-drilled deadbolt hole in the frame does NOT match up to the bolt! The screw hole covers (that you have to install) don't fit very well and literally have to be hammered into place. I like the look of the full lite door but I would not buy from this manufacturer again.

Very good quality door. Extremely happy with the results. Had the door installed professionally so I can’t speak on ease of installation.

Took a while for this special order to arrive. Unfortunately the bore holes for the locks if front were slightly off from the holes in the side. Since it is a metal door, could not properly fix. Too much of a hassle to return and wait another couple months so.....

Average quality at best. A few very small scratches on the glass, brick mold top piece not lined up well, and tiny pieces of styrofoam stuck all over the door that were hard to remove for painting. The lock set holes were deep set which put them tight against the glass which was strange. I had to dremel a slight arc in the glass molding to allow the lock sets to fit.

The door looks great. No major problems with installation.

This replaced a 35 year old door so you can imagine what a difference it makes. It's lighter than the old door but definitely muffles noise better, swings easier and is overall a relief as we feel more secure.

Product was delivered sooner than stated. A little less in quality than I expected but is good enough for the place I used it. Back door. Not something I would use as a front door. Installation was easy.
