We were upgrading our 2 year old kitchen with new countertops , backsplash , appliances and sink and wanted to have a Moen industrial kitchen faucet to set off the island where the new stone Blanco sink is located . This is for our new Florida home.. We had the same faucet and sink in our home in NY We love the faucet.

Love that the faucet can be turned left or right out of the way if necessary. Not too industrial looking, just what we wanted.

I am very happy with this faucet. The install was fairly easy with straightforward instructions and well designed separate parts in the box. The spray boost makes filling pots and other larger containers quicker and has the perfect amount of spray for tougher food messes on dishes. It looks gorgeous in my kitchen and definitely makes a statement!

I absolutely love this faucet except the handle started leaking within 4 months. Everything else about the faucet it great. The reason I gave it a 4 star rating instead of lower because of the warranty and the help I received from the service department.

This faucet is a replacement for a twenty year old Moen single handle model that was still working as well as the day it was installed. After plenty of use the old faucet seemed out of style and we wanted to update it. We love the appearance of this new faucet and the height makes filling items easier.

We purchased this online when we were having our kitchen remodeled and due to COVID had a delay in installing after purchase. After single-use, the faucet has been dripping/ leaking water all day long. We had to pay the plumber for repair but he couldn't fix the issue and suggested we reach out to Moen for a replacement cartridge. Trying to figure out how to do that now cannot even replace something like this. Frustrated!

I purchased this after reviewing 70+ models and am very happy with the purchase thus far. It looks and feels high end and an attention getter. The water pressure and spout works great and no need to hold the stream button as others described with other models. The hose extends about 8-10” from the base and feels solid and not flimsy. As the company says, “Buy it for Looks, Buy it for Life”.... well said and I’d agree.

Was easy to install by myself and it looks sleek. I like it that the arch is not that tall because I have cabinets above the sink, limiting the space to about 19 inch height and this one was the only faucet this style to fit. It's been running for a few weeks now and so far so good...

Faucets are really nice and the black color adds to our kitchen.

I have yet to use this product. When received, the black bendy tube that attaches to the faucet head is slightly frayed, and I'm afraid it will begin to wear down faster than normal and cause a leak. If this single piece could be replaced I would rate this product 5 stars and also recommend this product.

A very fashionable, albeit pricey kitchen faucet. I guess the spring as the neck of the faucet is "stylish", but I found it more of a gimmick as every time you turn the faucet on or off, the faucet head and water stream vibrate and oscillate. So if you are trying to fill something with a narrow neck, turn on the water slowly or the stream will rock back and forth and make a mess of your filling project. I timed the vibrations. It will oscillate for about 10 seconds when turning on, and about 20 seconds when shutting the water off. Modern, but a solid neck is more usable. The installation instructions are generic, and not specific to this model. But still easy to follow and read. And the faucet itself was easy to install using a Moen type installation tool which tightens the mounting nut onto a long brass threaded shaft. Mine installed without any leaks. The base of the faucet valve lacks an alignment tab to keep the valve straight on the deck plate. So when you are tightening the valve down, you have to keep getting up from under the sink to check to see if the faucet is still straight as you tighten it down. It was tough on to old back. The spray head is a plastic type and it has a very nice spray pattern in both the spray and stream setting. The "Power Boost" button actually works, and added some power to the water flow. Kind of a gimmick also, but I guess you can save a lot of water until you need that extra boosted spray. I did get a positive comment on how it "looks" from a visitor, but they didn't have to mess with the funky, vibrating spring.

Great modern looking faucet. My wife and I liked the looks of this Springvale Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet from the first time we saw it and to us it even looks better after I installed it. The multi-function of it just makes it that much better. The install would have been completed in an hour or less except the hold down bracket on the faucet we were replacing was corroded and counting that and me taking the time to polish the stainless steel sink where the old faucet was and putting the tools away added another one and one half hours to the project but it was well worth it as it looks and works great! Professionally installed February 2018 and started leaking July 2024. Not great for a top brand. The unit was leaking out of the connection head underneath the sink. As far as I can tell, the entire cylindrical part with all the connections would need to be replaced as it’s one unit. Being this is our main sink for cooking and cleaning up dinners, I decided it was best to replace the entire faucet rather than wait for the warranty to be processed. Pretty disappointing that this item only lasted 6-1/2 years with normal wear by a family of three.

Our faucet was installed yesterday..... We love it All!!!

I purchased this and the plumber installed yesterday. It is a terrific faucet and has a good amount water pressure. It also has the "extra" pressure button so it comes out faster. Very happy with the purchase. Will update in about a month once we've used it more.

We love Moen products, we have been a faithful customer for than 30 years. Anytime we have an issue they send us what we need without hassle. And don't think because their products are not durable, it takes years before we need something. We remodeled our kitchen and the new faucet looks amazing and works fantastic.

I purchased this moen kitchen faucet a month ago and had a plumber install it for me. I am switching all my faucets over from hansgrohe to moen and so far I am glad I did. My only concern is the warranty on the moen faucets I am not sure what their warranty is.

Love my faucet!! Been using it for 2 months, no complaints!!

The Moen Springvale Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer kitchen faucet is beautiful & high quality. The power boost function is an excellent addition & helps get dried on food removed from dishes. I definitely recommend this kitchen faucet.
