I love the tissue holder but I did have some trouble with installation. The instructions are very clear and after following them exactly, there was a gap of about an 1/8 inch when the bar is in the closed position. I was about to remove one side and move it over. I have installed several of this type holder and this is the only one I have had trouble with. All in all I am still very pleased and love the look.

Excellent decision in purchasing this product. I love the style and the sturdiness of this toilet paper holder. I highly recommend anything Moen!

Not the worst product, but close
This could be fine if you are attaching to wood or plywood. If you are attaching to drywall or green board (99% of US bathrooms) then forget it. Product is designed such that the set screw extracts the drywall anchors. Not only would I not buy this again, I would need to be paid to take it. I still wouldn't install it, I'd just throw it away.

High-Quality and Beautiful
This toilet paper holder is exactly what I was looking for as I update my bathroom. It’s clearly high-quality. The satin finish is gorgeous. The toilet paper holder complements the other upgrades I made to my bathroom.

We like the unit but one of the support arms was bent so it did not close properly. We kept it rather than hassling with returning it.

For $25 and 15 minutes, this thing is practically magical.
Listen, since I installed this, I’ve had to change the roll like twice in two months. Gone are the days of my wife leaving 3 squares, to justify why she didn’t just change it.
All joking aside, for ease and speed of use, this style of paper holder is disproportionately better that posts-and-spring-cylinder. This is a $200 quality of life improvement with a $25 price tag.
