Yeah, it works very well. Alert to if there is unusually high amounts of water usage and will automatically turn itself off. Also let you know how much water are you using and the pressure

Bought this product and had professionally installed in November 2023. After only 7 months of usage, Turbine that measures water usage stopped working. Reached Customer Service and they sent a new turbine, but would not pay for plumber installation. It only worked for 5 days Today, I've been on hold now for over 2 1/2 hours on the phone no live rep. Just awful. I emailed support too and no reply My new homeowner's police required this device. Find another company!

Extreme peace of mind. Easy to install. Monitoring app works great.

I use this for a vacation home, that other people also use. It allows me to turn the water on and off remotely while monitoring for leaks. I found the installation easy and am impressed by the meter. I like how it monitors the pressure and can tell even if there is a small leak. Is able to differentiate between toilets and faucets in terms of usage.

Great Product! We experienced an indoor flood that required six months of repair to our home. Our contractor recommended installing the Moen Flo, and we could not be happier. Love the peace of mind that comes from being able to turn the water to our home off and on via the Flo app. The notification/automatic shut-off system is also very good. Wish we had installed the Flo in our home years ago--it would have saved us from our flood!

A plumber installed the MoenFlo. An insurance requirement. I had never heard of one and gladly had it installed as it seems a great idea. The pipes are over 20 years old. The Flo detected small micro leaks. I traced the sources and shut off and retested after each one. It led me to the PVC pipes I had installed in the yard for watering. The sun had put small splits and drips where there. I repaired the lines and no more microleaks. Excellent unit. Flo would work in the case of a pipe breakage. While flushing the PVC Flo shut the water off. I turned it on, with the app, just as easily.

I recently had the Flo Smart system installed. It brings peace of mind.

MANY MORE FEATURES THEN JUST A AUTO LEAK CUTOFF

I read all the stuff on it but it is even much better in use. It tells me how much water is used and by what item. We were away and had it in away mode and someone tried to use it and it shut off the water and notified me. Super! I did have our plumber install it but it was a very modest cost.

Excellent easy to operate

We had the Moen Flo installed by our plumber a few weeks ago. It was for “peace of mind” since a couple of friends have had significant water damage due to burst washing machine water supply line and broken icemaker line. I appreciate the continual monitoring of water pressure, temperature at intake, and water usage. Also monitoring of slow leaks in toilet tanks.

This is one of the best products I’ve ever bought. We love the peace of mind we get from having our water monitored for any leaks. With it showing the water usage, we can now make better eco saving choices. It was extremely easy to install and setup. Took me about 45 minutes to install them setup, all which went flawlessly.
