Waited a few months to write this review.. We are extremely impressed with the quality of this Moen product compared to our previous Pfister faucet. The spot resistant nickel finish is beautiful and the water pressure is amazing. Thank you, Moen!!!

Easy to install & looks great on my new vanity!! !!

Just purchased, received compliments from plumbers, working well.

Very disappointed and I cannot recommend the Moen Hensley faucet due to leaks and staining. I purchased two for my master bathroom about a year ago. A few months ago both started leaking down the front. Due to hard water, I'm careful to wipe them dry after each use, but that doesn't help because they still leak causing hard water stains on the faucet and countertop. Both faucets leak from the same front seam, so that should tell you something about this faucet.

I had to replace my master bathroom faucet and wanted something simple and understated…..and this didn’t disappoint! I love the brushed nickel and the single faucet handle. I’ve only had it for a month, but so far I love it!

We purchased it to get away from a 2 handle faucet. I can't give any long-term information on it, as we've only had it a week. It looks nice and the Moen name is a good one so we will see how well it lasts over time.

I purchased this moen bath faucet and by 6months the finish peeled everywhere. No harsh chemicals ever used. I didn’t have receipt so they want 25$ plus tax. I was told if this happens again I have to pay again. Don’t buy moen if you do save receipt.

Don’t waste your money! A plastic piece of crap. Installed in March, as of now (October) the finish is rubbing off and the underneath of the faucet leaks. Will never buy Moen again

Bought this faucet fixture a couple weeks ago. Looks great. Works even better. Very pleased.

I chose the Hensley single hole brushed nickel faucet to update two bathrooms while replacing countertops and sinks. I absolutely love Moen products. I coordinated this with the Moen Hensley pivoting toilet paper holder. My plumber confirms that Moen products are top-of-the-line, easy to install and extremely functional and beautiful. So happy with my purchase.

Overall a nice faucet for the price. I especially liked the extra long supply lines to connect to the shutoff valves. Having the long supply lines was very helpful because I could connect them with our sink vanity pulled away from the wall. Otherwise it would have been a tight squeeze. However, I did run into a couple issues when installing it. 1- The mounting bracket, if not installed just right in step 2 prevents the lift rod in step 13 from being put into place. I would recommend putting the lift rod in place during step 2 so it isn't obstructed by the mounting bracket. 2- When I removed the pivot rod before installing the drain body (in step 7) a rubber washer and plastic "o" ring fell out and they were not shown in the directions as to how they get reassembled. I had to find Moen's installation instructions for how to reassemble, and even those instructions did not show the rubber washer. https://www.moen.com/shared/docs/instruction-sheets/ins1082.pdf 3- The drain leaked at the drain gasket/drain junction nut in step 10. It might be helpful to add some pipe dope on the threads and have a slip-joint pliers available to really tighten in so the drain gasket is tight against the sink bottom. Give it the "paper towel" test after everything is assembled.

This faucet was installed by a professional and exceeded my expectations. It looks great without the base plate and provides a flow adjuster. I highly recommend this faucet because it looks great and functions well.

This faucet replaced an old one that was a different brand. The other one had two handles that needed tightening constantly and splattered the water all over everything. This one is sleek, pretty and the shifter handle is a great improvement. Water flow is fine and works great for my needs.

Overall good, but there's 2 things I can complain about. It has the old style drain where you lift a tab behind the faucet. Luckily the drain wasn't needed for this install. But it has a hole/opening where the tab is where water can spill into, and go straight to the floor. I would have been more satisfied with a simple push button drain and no hole in the back of the faucet. But this isn't MOEN's top of the line, so perhaps it's expected to have certain flaws which are not ideal. I'm not sure if their $400 faucet has this issue. The good is that it's thick heavy feeling metal, real sturdy feeling. Seems clean. Simple to install, it has O rings so you don't have to use sealant. Cleared up counter space when replacing a wideset faucet like I did. Overall we're satisfied and will be keeping it.

Purchased for remodel of guest bath. Looks clean and sleek. Sad that the “aerator” was not include in the box. Had to order from Moen.

There is a copper pipe inside the spout that delivers water. The O ring at the aerator leaks and sends water back down the inside of the spout. Leaks under the spout and beneath the sink. Went through warranty process and the replacement does the same thing. Switching to Kohler.

Easy install looks great and love the single handle without plate

This is a sturdy and beautiful faucet. We needed something with some substance and weight to hold its own with a massive new, modern sink we were installing. This faucet bridged the gap from the modern sink to the woodsy cabin it was installed in. LOVE IT!

MOEN is always known for a good brand for bathroom supplies, Modern looks & Quality of their products is always above average. Installation is very simple just follow the instruction manual and apply some common sense, it probably take most people less than 30 minutes to complete it. It took myself about an hour, because I am really attention to detail person, I spent additional time for caulk and center the below moving parts to my perfection way point etc. it’s been few weeks usage after installed, I’m add some pros/cons for this products per my personal opinions...... (Color: Brushed Nickel) PROs: Easy installation, No fingerprints, Water pressure much stronger than other water sense brand I had, Leverage handle is very smooth to operate, $90 price worth the value of it.......... CONs: Still see water marks/spots left on the faucet area, Washing the top or faucet be aware the is a small hole for the lift rod locate behind the faucet, if you pour/spill water it’ll bring it down under your cabinet. Suggestion: Hot/Cold supply lines include quick connect for consumers + Pop up drain instead of lift rod drain. Additional info consumer might want to know: Do not mistake the hot/cold supply lines to your wall + DO NOT over tighten your “supply lines or drain pipe”, believe it or not if you over tighten the thread it’ll cause leaks, just a gentle tight plus a quarter turn into the thread it’ll do the job + Add plumbers putty Before install drain cap + Add caulk surrounding the plate to prevent water leakage (there is a 3 holes seal cushion come with the plate, however I feel Adding extra caulk will add an extra security layer to prevent leak) + I also scotch tape the aerator key on on the drain pipe for easy access. Hope this info help you all.

Installed yesterday as part of a bathroom remodel. We really like the look of the Hensley line and went with the coordinating accessories (towel bar, robe hooks, toilet paper holder, etc.). Install was pretty simple. Thankfully the vanity had yet to be fully installed so I could work from the back as well. This made it even easier to install. The drain doesn't seal completely to hold water in the sink, but we don't usually fill the sink with water, so it's a non-issue for us. It feels sturdy and didn't have any leaks. I registered the product for the warranty and I'm confident that Moen will be there should anything happen.

Glad I purchased these. I didn't read any reviews on it before I purchased, but I knew this two pack was a great deal and I wanted the look and one handle faucet for the bathroom. These were truly the perfect fit for our newly remodeled bathroom.

Great looking faucet, but unfortunately, it leaked from inside the faucet where the hoses are connected dripping down into the cabinet and from the spout.
