slightly overrated. the holder for the massage head is insufficient for holding the head, massage head consistently falls out of the holder and makes a really loud bang, I'm constantly worried about the looses the head increasing the odds for chipping the acrylic finish

Wish I could leave a longer positive review. Replaced previous MOAN to upgrade, not because anything was wrong with it. Combined with the Delta "10-4/5 in. Adjustable Shower Arm in Chrome" - that another reviewer suggested - took it to the next level.

I picked this up rather impulsively since it had both the shower head and long 72” hose for the handheld. It’s very easy to install and looks nice. But the dual head does *not* perform as illustrated on the packaging (see pictures). I understand the product is limited to 1.75gpm by law. But the design apparently does not perform with these regulatory limitations. As you can see in the pictures, the dual flow is much weaker and “droops” down instead of a straight stream as was illustrated on the box. This is kind of deceptive. I’m probably just going to keep it since using the rain shower and handheld separately meets our needs. But I wouldn’t recommend it if you need the dual head to perform as illustrated.

The handheld shower is too heavy and makes the whole unit swivel to the right. Not sure how the designers did not account for this. Bringing back to Home Depot tomorrow.

I wanted to love this! Heavier than expected. It looked so nice and high quality. But it's poorly designed. The holder is too narrow for the sprayer nozzle to sit firmly in so it sits too hight and is constantly falling out and hitting the ceramic bathtub. Disappointing because it otherwise is a really nice shower head.

Easy to install. I put on an adjustable extension arm, which puts the water flow directly over your head.

Just installed (easy). Added an extender to the large spray head so the shower head is higher and directly above our head. The diverter allows for easy transition from large shower head to spray or both with an easy turn of a knob. We love it!

I wasn't prepared for how large this shower head was, but it is huge. Which is a good thing. I really like it. It's the best of both worlds. It's a nice rain shower head, and it has a wand with different settings. They can be used independently or together. I'm not sold on the massage rollers but they do work. Installation was very straight forward and I really like the brushed nickel finish

I have installed this new Moen shower combo in our exterior shower area. Living in southwest Florida, we have plenty of weather in which the outdoor shower is valuable. Good quality product as is most Moen products that I have used. Very easy installation with everything attaching simply to your existing shower arm. Rain shower provides a nice cascade of water. The hand-held has a three position switch with which you can adjust the spray pattern. With a warm water shower, the rollers do give a nice little massage as well. Overall a nice product. Would have assigned 5 stars but for the fact that the assembly tends to pivot with the weight of the hand-held. If I figure that out, I'll do a follow up.

MOEN HydroRoller Massage Dual Showerhead and Handheld Showerhead with Massaging Rollers - will not disappoint! The MOEN HydroRoller dual showerhead and handheld shower massager is everything you could ask for and more. MOEN is known for good quality kitchen and bathroom hardware and this Hydroroller showerhead is another great product that won't disappoint. The shower head is larger than the average rain can, it measures 7.5 inches in diameter, and it provides several different spray options, all which seem to deliver very good water pressure. The best thing about this showerhead is the shower wand with "hydroroller" technology. What a great idea! An extra shower head is nice but when you have 6 massage rollers built into the shower head what a treat, it is like getting a warm massage every time you take a shower! The handheld showerwand has a 6 foot hose and the wand has a fairly lightweight handle which is long enough to reach any part of your back very easily. The only negative I can think of is some of the parts appear to have metal on the top layer with plastic underneath (the wand and the showerhead) but I believe the majority of shower heads are all made like this, even many of the high end shower systems. The brushed nickel finish is very beautiful and was a perfect match to my faucets and hardware (even though they are not the MOEN brand). The finish is also spot resistant so you don't have to worry about etching from water stains and condensation which is really nice. I have had other high end faucets and shower heads that are not spot resistant and long term water spots and stains can be hard to remove. This Moen Dual Showerhead is very easy to install, I connected the wand to an existing water valve so I did not have a need to attach the diverter to the shower head, installation took less than 15 mins. The Moen HydroRoller is a really nice quality showerhead in this price range, just a bit over $100. MOEN products also have a lifetime warranty against defects and parts so if you ever need replacement parts all you have to do is contact MOEN I am really pleased with this MOEN Hydroroller dual showerhead and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a replacement. According to my plumber, Moen manufactures very good quality products that are easy to install and they stand behind their products with lifetime warranties. This Hydroroller dual showerhead is another example of a very good quality product.

This is a great improvement for our master bathroom shower. I love the brushed nickel finished. It does not show water spots and fingerprints. It was very easy to install and replace the old shower head. My wife loves the hand held messaging showerhead. It has a nice long flexible metal hose that can reach all around the shower. It easily changes from the rain showerhead to the hand held showerhead.

The HYDROROLLER MASSAGE 3-SPRAY DUAL SHOWERHEAD AND HANDHELD SHOWERHEAD WITH MASSAGING ROLLERS IN SPOT RESIST BRUSHED NICKEL is a quality product. It was easy to install and it provides a very nice relaxing rainshower experience and/or a handheld massaging shower. I really like the option to use the rainshower and handheld flow separately or together. This Moen product definitely met my expectations.

Love this shower head after the first use. Great pressure on the larger rain head, and the wand is great. We had an adjustable bar in our shower already so I move it to that rather than the included holder. It looks great and functions well, easy install, and will probably get another one for the other shower. I tend to stick with Grohe, Moen, or Delta, but I would have to say this Moen has a great design and look.

Three settings on the shower spray and a wide flow from the rain head. This head gives everyone what they want. I personally want to be able to clean the shower fast and blast the soap scum remover away fast and then all the way down the drain. My wife likes the message and the handheld is high enough our six foot plus son finally has a shower that can make him wet all over. It would be great if this connection becomes available as a retro fit.

Hydro Roller Massage Three Spray dual shower head and hand held shower head with massaging rollers in spot resist brushed nickel was a replacement for an inexpensive hand held shower head that had corroded and was not working well due to hard water before the water softener was installed. This is a marvel; there are six metal massaging balls for relaxing and soothing sore muscles. I could not get anyone to help me make a video, so trust me, this is a unique experience. The six foot long hose makes easy to use and reaches the floor. The easy to use push button makes it easy to switch functions. The one and three-quarter gallon per minute water usage will give the new user time to figure out the different functions without a concern of wasting water. The homeowner receives a ten year warranty, also. My four foot nine daughter-in-law installed this. Her comment was that, “It was so easy even a man could do it………..”

This is a very unique and attractive large diameter showerhead with an attached massaging roller hand held shower. It is made by MOEN in China model # 205C0SRN and is in brushed nickel with a metal 72" hose for the handheld shower. The unit is well made and sturdy and the adjustment knob allows for the large fixed showerhead spray only, both showerheads together, or the handheld showerhead only. In addition to the massaging roller balls, the handheld unit has 3 spray selections made by pressing a button on the nickel handle.The unit was very easy to install, needs no Teflon plumber's tape, and uses hand tightened components for the hand showerhead and hose and only requires a wrench to attach the unit to the existing shower arm. Priced at $109 in Sept. of 2019 I think this is a fair price for a unique dual showerhead in an attractive brushed nickel finish, and I would recommend it.

The water flow is very soft (rain-like). I love the extra long hose for the handheld head. It was a great buy as a close out model. So far I will keep it, though I would prefer a stronger water pressure.

I’ve used a few different kinds of shower heads over the years but the is the only one that makes a terrible noise. Sounds like the water is hitting a piece plastic. It only stops when I switch it to the other smaller head. I’ve taken it off, loosened it, tightened it, make sure the seal on the inside was seated properly, etc etc. Will be returning and using the one I’ve had for years.

For such a costly showerhead, this one was a great disappointment. I uninstalled it and bought a water pic. Instead, there’s barely any water flow in the showerhead and the water restrictor cannot be removed. If I hadn’t discard of the packaging, I would be returning it.
