Our current faucet started looking a little shabby and needed a few fixes. After evaluating several brands and types we knew we wanted a pull-down faucet and one that had a very flexible hose and that would resist spots and look good all the time with out requiring extra cleaning and something that we knew parts would be available for a long time for. We selected this Moen and really like it. It looks great and the adjustabilty and flexibilty of the hose is super. Install couldn't have been easier and a pleasent surprise when we took it out of the box was it came with the flexible water lines already installed which made the install fast and actually saved us money as we didnt have flexible water lines on the old faucet. The faucet has been installed for a couple weeks already and used heavily preparing holiday meals and has worked flawlessly.

Love the way it looks and I really like the way the faucet part come out to be able to reach far places in the sink area.

I bought this faucet after looking at models at several different stores. I liked the no fingerprint feature and the magnetic base on the nozzel to keep the hose attached to the base. This faucet gave my kitchen a nice updated look and it works great.

We refinished our kitchen in Mar. 2013 and were very happy with the choice of fixtures. However, in Dec. 2014, the Kleo faucet developed a leak. I dropped into our local Home Depot store and spoke to Nicholas at store # 204 who was extremely helpful in helping me with the contact info for Moen, model and SKU number, and even offered to help if Moen would not provide a replacement part. Csaba from Moen took my call and rushed a replacement part for 2-day delivery. Replacement was easy as the tools were provided along with instructions. So far, so good (after 1 day of use). I gave the overall rating a 4 because I don't think that with less than 2 years of use, I should expect a leak. But the Moen customer service was great and that also counts for something.

I was very happy until 1 year when it started to spread water everywhere.

We installed the Kleo faucet very easily and it looks and works wonderfully. All our guests comment on its looks and its effect on our kitchen. It is one of the best buys we have made this year.

The removal of old faucet was a nightmare! The installation of the new Moen was quick and easy. Only problem I can see is, there are no marks on it to indicate hot/cold. I guess you pull it down for hot?

I purchased the Moen Kleo Faucet in the Spot Resistant Stainless for a Christmas Present. It is now installed and looks and functions beautifully. It is easy to use the sprayer which also works very well and pops back into place easily. The spot resist is a dream, it stays polished and wipes up easily. I love it.

I bought this faucet for my last kitchen remodel and I had zero issues with the install or operation. I like it so much I am buying another one for my current remodel project.

Looks and works great! Used this to replace our boring silver faucet and made the kitchen look like new! The pulldown function works great and really helps when washing dishes. Installation was a cinch! Had it done in 30 minutes, not sure what these other folks are complaining about.

Faucets features perform well spray/cascade/pause

Just installed so cannot comment on longevity, but looks solidly built and fit the sink perfectly. It was installed by a plumber so cannot comment on ease of installation.

the spray head retains water, and grows mold, and doesn't get noticed until a lot later, when you fill a pot and black gunk is in the pot! this is un acceptable . there is no excuse for this. i have had a lot of pull down faucets, and NONE have ever done this before . i can't add images, because the review disappears.

My husband installed this in our lake home when our sprayer sprung a leak. I like Moen products because they have a great warranty. This looks great in our kitchen and works fine. Love the ease of using the sprayer. Recent purchase.

Nice appearance, seems high quality, works smoothly, easy to install with a minimum of tools (actually, the hard part is removing the old faucet).

The product operates as intended and it is very easy to use.

The hose leaked at the nozzle end when the plumber installed the unit !! Was totally dissatisfied with this product and quality

Still the same pull down feature as our previous one, but disappointed they shortened the length of hose which now does not extend beyond the lip of sink to fill coffee maker or wash bucket. Also less flow, but more pressure. If one has low pressure, then a good choice.I preferred the flow. Like the updated style.
