Plumber installed faucet and couldn’t get it to work. Called moen tech support who told us we had a defective part and would send us replacement. Plumber comes back 10 days later only to find out only 2 out of 3 parts were sent as the defective part is out of stock! Quality of product and support is subpar.

Easy install
I was surprised at how easy it was to replace our Grohe kitchen faucet with the one from Moen. Including the main nut wrench with the parts was key.

The MOEN faucet was very easy to setup. I ran into some issues with the mobile application. The program was a little glitchy for me. Also, I think it would be great if you did not have tell Alex to "ask Moen" to perform a task such as "Alex, ask MOEN for 2/3 cup of water". Also, there are a number of reserved words that cannot be used that I found frustrating. Overall though, I would recommend this faucet.

Needs some work on design
This is the first Moen product I've had and I am a bit disappointed. The spray switch flips too easily and I can't get the weight balanced to the point where it will extend without retracting itself or not retract at all.

Takes some getting used to- but we like it.
My plumber recommended this model. I was a little hesitant to get it but I do like it. My favorite feature is the pull down sprayer. I didn’t think I’d use it often but I find that it is very handy for rinsing dishes and cleaning out the sink. I also like the stainless steel finish that doesn’t show water spots or finger prints. It has taken a while to get used to the new faucet. I accidentally wet my sleeves a number of times but I’ve adjusted to the change now. I hope this new Moen faucet lasts as long as the 20 year old Moen it replaced.

A bit dark, sleek and compact
The finish is a bit darker than I thought. It doesn’t have the sort of “luster” that the picture shows. However, having said that, I love that this finish is available. It’s easy to clean and use. Not sure if this would be considered an issue, but when the pull off part of the faucet is going back in, it sometimes needs a little help at the end of the faucet. It’s not a problem, I just thought it would sort of snap back with a bit more ooomph. All in all, I’m happy with the faucet and that the option was available.

Drips

Replacing the cartridges to stop your leak/drip is normal maintenance for your product. Cartridges do not have a life expectancy as a number of factors can cause them to fail including quality of water, debris passing into it, and amount of use. I bought this faucet and had trouble from the beginning control module went bad they sentout a ney one ant it didn’t work properly either called Coustomer service again and the said they can replace again so now I have to get plumber out to install the new one
