I don’t really like the size holes I had to make in my wall to install the anchors, only to hold hand towels? I don’t think two 5/16 holes are necessary

This product may be better than my rating but it is much more complicated to install than ones I have purchased in the past. I would not repurchase again and may take these back. I believe the former ones I purchased were Kholer. Since I am not able to install I am having to get someone to help. I dislike having to do that. I'm a fairly handy woman but this is more complex than I need.

It well off the wall within a week and it was installed correctly because I had contractors install it. Maybe it was just faulty ?
