Excellent look. Only issue is the number of broken stones that arrived in undamaged boxes.

Cheap quality, broken pieces, gaps, exposed glue

Love the way this ended up looking. Good quality product and easy to cut and install. Definitely would recommend it!

I have used this product to tile my wall at my home. Very pleased. The tile is often broken in the boxes, this may be due to shipping and how the items are stored on pallets. I suggest putting more insulation in the boxes between tile strips. thanks again, I plan on purchasing more. ALoha!

It was very poorly made. A whole box was broke - the boxes that weren’t broke crumbled in our hands. You could see the glue thru the front. We returned it.

Iv'e completed this survey previously. The forklift punctured at least 2 boxes. My contractor hasn't started this part of the project yet, so I don't know how many tiles are damaged or if I'll even have enough now to complete this project.

They were so broken when they arrived.

Out of the 5 boxes of 6 pcs each, 9 pcs were broken. HAD to order 5 more boxes of which at least 10 more were broken! Was able to return the damaged ones and unused boxes for credit.

I had the tile delivered to the store and and when I picked it up and got it to the job site I opened the 5 boxes and more than 30 percent of my tiles were broken one box had all of them broken I suggest if you order tile online from them when you pick it up open all the boxes right there

Most stones had brown or yellow coloring on them. Looked nothing like the sample I had purchased before committing to the project. Had to return.

One whole box was broken from the store, we had enough to finish but threw away the broken ones.

Several stacked stones in several of the boxes were broken. Also the glue holding the stones within the panel was seeping out onto the decorative side. The quality was just not what I was expecting.
