Had a Hamilton Beach one before this one and had nothing but problems it was like it was stuck on defrost but this one looks nice and feels solid also runs like a champ. No complaints on this product at all.

Great microwave, but main door open switchhas flimsy finish piece that is coming off! This is a poor quality finish.

Excellent microwave for the price. We had to replace our 13 year old microwave and this one has been awesome. Heats evenly, and looks amazing. Make sure not to cover the vents or unit will over heat and shut off. Happen to us, but it came back in when cooled downed and still works great.

There’s one down for the buttons are a little hard to press but other than that I love it works great looks

This little microwave can do anything that any microwave can - heating, reheating, defrosting, etc. I found it easy to get used to, and just the right size and weight for us. Not unattractive! I think I even like the new 'grey' interior, though I wasn't sure at first. I think it looks cleaner than the off white interior. It takes up a wee bit less counter space than my previous one. I'm glad I found this at Home Depot, I could have spent a lot more with a different store. We got it shortly before Christmas, when it seemed that all of our appliances were suddenly losing their mojo...

Perfect size—not huge, not small. Interior gray color is nice. It heats and defrosts well. It looks good and sleek. It doesn’t slide. It beeps 5 times when done but doesn’t keep beeping after that, which is awesome. Finally a microwave that shuts up.

Great microwave... rarely need to put anything in longer than 1 minute! Very pleased.

I went from a Panasonic $300 model after 24 years to this model nearly exactly the same for $250 less expensive. So far, I really appreciate the conservation of my available funds and the lush design today.

I bought this product in January, and the inside of the microwave is burning and i can't use it anymore. So i called in homedepot to see what they can do, they guy put me on hold for an hour and never came back. This should covered under manufacturing warranty and at lease fix it.. I lost my money and time, will never ever buy again.

Product purchased 11/01/2018: Date of Manufacture : June 2018 Serial #DJ18612719 You know at FIRST, I was happy. $69.00 was a GREAT price point. It cooked quickly, efficiently and the inside of the unit was big enough for average use. Then came 11 months later. We thought we saw a spark inside of it after cooking something that created a little condensation inside the unit, but we weren't SURE. We completely wiped out the nit and left the door open to release any moisture. The next time we used it, the unit went CRAZY after our food cooked... bleep blonk bip bleeeeeeeepp. So we unplugged it, following the online " factory reset " instructions" for the motherboard, thinking heck, that might just solve it, as MANY have talked about this problem online and techs recommend unplugging 5 mins to reset. NOPE. It now turns itself ON and basically runs its own show if we leave it plugged in, creating an OBVIOUS fire hazard. I went to the MCA website to see what the warranty was and NONE IS LISTED !!! I tried to contact customer service NOT AVAILABLE . I tried to do a customer contact form and they wont even TAKE YOUR COMPLAINT UNLESS A COPY OF THE RECEIPT IS ATTACHED !!!!! WOW !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

My microwave died so I needed to replace it in a hurry. The price was great. Shipping was flawless. I noticed that I did not have to remove the protective film as most of it was already removed. My guess is someone bought it, returned it, and it was then repackaged and shipped to me when I bought it. My thought is that what I did, is probably what that customer did. I was in such a hurry, that I read the description of stainless steel and clicked buy, thinking that the entire microwave was stainless steel. Upon receipt, I saw that the front "frame" was the only stainless steel on the entire microwave. The rest is all black metal. However, this was my fault since I did not review the pictures because my computer wasn't allowing the 360 viewer to work for some reason. Despite my lack of review, however, the microwave works perfectly and is pleasant to look at. I like the defrost settings, the quick minute buttons, the turntable, and so on. The interior light, however, is too dim. Fortunately, that can be replaced, so, it is not and issue for me. Overall, you cannot beat the price anywhere and the quality and features are exactly what I need in my kitchen. I am very pleased with the purchase. I have used it for two weeks now.

So far ...So Good !!! Have had unit for about a month and it works very well . I enjoy the many coking options and more importantly ; all of the options are explained in the owners manual No real complaints but I do have one comment on the product description... When I saw the product on-line; this model was offered in three colors : White, Black and Stainless steel. I chose the stainless steel. Upon receiving the unit I noticed the "stainless steel" was ONLY on the trim of the door . The rest of the unit was all in black... This is not a big deal for me BUT I know others( my sisters for example) where this would be a problem . I would recommend on items like this you describe it as " stainless steel trimming" for clarification purposes

Can you believe it rusted?! I hate giving it 2 stars because I've had this 5 years and it still works great, but I'm on here shopping to replace it because it has rusted out at the door. I've never seen this happen, and haven't found anyone else I know who has ever seen anything like it. It works great, I just can't stand looking at it anymore.

Simple and effective! Looks nice and the blue led clock is just bright enough that it gently lights the kitchen up at night time.

We had to buy a new microwave after our old one died. Since we have a small kitchen it couldn’t take up a lot of space. What impressed me first is that this microwave is 1000 watts and the same size as 700 watt microwave ovens that I had looked at. Since I wanted a small microwave but didn’t want low watts this works for me. I also like the buttons that make this very user friendly. I think that the gray interior is pretty. (See photo) We have not had this for very long, but we are liking it very much so far.

I purchased my Magic Chef microwave a few weeks ago and ALL of my plates are now smiling! I needed a microwave that could accommodate any size dinner plate or bowl and the inner cavity size doesn't disappoint. The black exterior is modern and doesn't show fingerprints and the dark gray interior is a nice change from the typically white

My old Magic Chef, which I really liked, broke after 12 years. Home Depot had close to the same one on sale, I got one. Easy to set up right out of the box, but sure makes a lot more noise and the inside light is like on a dimmer switch so kinda dim orange ish. I use the :20 second timing a lot and can't figure out how to do that. The pre set minute thing is really fast. The clock is green and much smaller than my old one, very difficult to see unless you are up really close. So all in all I would recommend this one, price is great, color is great, micro's food quickly. Had the last one 12 years I just have to get use to this one, which I will.

It is working great

We really love our new Magic Chef microwave. It goes with our kitchen decor. It is very simple to operate and clean. Great cooking features with the turntable and easy to use settings. We have had it for two weeks and it gets a good workout. Thank you Magic Chef and Home Depot.
