Installation was a breeze. Mail falls easily to storage area where it is under lock and key. Slot for outgoing mail is also well designed. Feels like a fricken safe.

We were having a huge problem with mail theft in our area abs I needed to find something secure and strong. As soon as I picked it up from the store I found tell it was built well and is very heavy as well. I also purchased the 4X4 pole mount as well. I installed it about 3 weeks ago now and the other day I saw that all the mailboxes had been hit again. Ours did not appear to have even be touched or tampered with. Maybe just seeing how secure it appeared it deterred the thieves, either way I am very happy with it and it looks great too.

We are happy with how strong and well built this mailbox is. The only issue we have is that the mail gets wet on rainy days so will have to figure out how to seal it.

Solid construction, securely stores received mail.

Heavy duty, this box is 40 pounds! Compared to other models, this appears to be strongest.

Security wise - VERY heavy & technically it does its job. HOWEVER…on rainy day mail ends up damp. Mail gets so damp envelopes simply peel open. There are holes on the bottom of the box, but my last security mailbox was the same and mail never ended up damp. But at least the box is secure, it’s just way too expensive to have a design flaw the allows mail to get saturated with moisture.

Sturdy, solid, and easy to install. We painted ours with leftover housepaint and added vinyl numbers and it added I stand curb appeal.

Exactly as described: a heavyweight mailbox with good quality lock. Mail slot large enough for packages, but could allow very small arms to reach in. Some sharp edges in the slot, or similar features, would deter that.

Very easy to install and looks

This thing is a monster! And so solid and secure... it will outlive me. I bought this because we had some mail theft in the area and this thing alleviates any and all concerns about that from now on. Think of this thing like a bank safe. The only way they will get in is with explosives...

Even though I’m disappointed how small the outgoing shelf is (it's not even wide enough to hold a legal sized envelope), I am very happy how the incoming mail drops. I had a different brand mailbox and the mail never fully dropped down and hung out the front door. This is a great mailbox, well built, and holds a ton of mail!

High quality. Very solid and secure. Lots of room for mail if you go on vacation. Impossible to reach your hand through the mailslot to grab the mail. It is worth the extra money.

This thing is heavy duty and worth every penny! Get the steel post that slides down over a 4x4 wooden post. It works perfect!
