I used this tile in my primary bathroom renovation. Very nice ….looks amazing. Neutral yet modern and stylish. My contractor laid it in a herringbone pattern and it really changed the game. So much so I am also using it in my guest bathroom as well. Very well priced I would definitely recommend.

Easy to install, says my contractor. Nice neutral color, goes well with everything, especially white. Modern look which should not feel dated for quite a while.

The tile looks beautiful when laid but they are not...
The tile looks beautiful when laid but they are not of great quality. Not all of them can lay flat with the others. We are in the process now of individual replacement for the curved tiles, which costs money. However, I will say I like the look more than tiles I saw that were twice the price.

Very pretty and practical porcelain tile
Very nice porcelain tile. I got the 1 ft. X 2 ft. size and had it laid in a 1/3 running bond pattern: parallel with overlap of 1/3 length. I like the pewter sanded grout for a nice contrast. Tile when wet is not slippery when I step on it leaving the shower. Color brightens a North facing bathroom with a small window. I used it in two upstairs baths.

Great looking tile. Only issue is they vary in width. Some tiles were 1/16 to a light 1/8 different. It causes some serious issues when you are using a 1/16” grout line. I didn’t have many with this issue but just beware.

We are very satisfied with the Marazzi Modern Renewal Parchment floor and wall tile.My husband installed this tile on the floor of our master bathroom. Every tile was shaded beautifully. The smooth surface cleans easily.

Not sure how many patterns there are and it could...
Not sure how many patterns there are and it could be more than six which is really good because is not noticeable. Only thing is, the finished surface gets chipped easily when using a tile saw. The chips are small but I have been able to get smoother cuts with all other tile.
