Variance to the set temperature is +/-10 degrees when any...
Variance to the set temperature is +/-10 degrees when any other switch at lower costs are +/-2 degrees or less! The switch also sticks sometimes in either on or off and you have to tap the box or touch the adjustment stem. Buyer be ware!

It was used inconnection with a attic exhaust fan and sidewall louver for attic space, set for 100 degrees function works great.

Easy to install and works just like it should. Kicks on when the temp in the attic gets to what the thermostat is set for. Kicks off just a few degrees below that point.

Easy installation, works as expected. The one before the new one lasted several years, decided to stay with the Master brand as its already proven to be reliable. We had to replace the fan and motor so we installed a new thermostat at the same time.
