[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this machine 2 weeks ago and I love all the features it has and it also a nice looking machine. I also love the size of the barrel so I can do my comforters. But my favorite feature of all it still had an agitator, I dont feel a machine with no agitator that is a top load cleans the clothes as well it just sits and water and swishes back and forth. My sister has one she paid alot for and has to wash her clothes twice because her husband is a machanic ( she had no agitator so going to buy another machine.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesomely Big!!! We are a family of 4. Let me tell you, my boys aren’t little. Their clothes are big, bulky and let’s not forget smelly. This large washer has let me cut down on how many loads I do in one day. The tall agitator helps to get the funk out. It’s also quite, easy to use, and looks nice!

This was a nice upgrade from my old washer of 15 years. It is big and quiet and cleans well, and has many features that didn't exist last time I shopped for washers. The tub has a big capacity and doesn't go out of balance even when filled up with heavy things. I'm happy with my choice. The large capacity is a mixed blessing, in that the tub is so deep that if you are a shorter person it would be difficult to retrieve the clothes from the bottom without a step stool. I am 5'9" and I sometimes have to stretch a bit to get everything. Also the front-to-back size of the unit is somewhat larger than my previous washer, which makes it a stretch to get things off the shelf behind my washer/dryer area. Again, a shorter person might have trouble and might end up having to move their shelf.

After 3 visits from the repairman, Maytag/Whirlpool doesnt want to acknowledge there is a problem! Washed a denim shirt and half of it was dry, not even damp. The clothes are so wrinkled I’ll have to take to a professional to get the wrinkles out. Also leaves a white residue on clothes. Maytag support says they cant do anything because their (offsite) tech says everything seems to work as it is supposed to. I sent pictures, we will see if i get anywhere.

Only downside was the lack of a manual specific to this washer. It is mostly electronic and I had to find a manual online to know how to use settings. Haven’t used the deep fill capability yet, but everything else it does is fantastic!

Couldnt be worse. Total waste of money. I am not lying when I say clothes come out dirtier than before they went in. Covered in lint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I realize this is supposed to use less water for efficiency but I have to question how clean my clothes are getting when I pull out a blouse and there are parts that didn’t get wet??? I used delicate cycle with “deep fill” option for dress clothes.

This is a "Great Washer", it does a Very Good job of washing/cleaning our clothes. You can adjust the water level you use for your washes. This is why we purchased this washer. Our clothes now come out cleaner and softer than they ever did with our previous washer. Would buy it again today!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I special ordered it in color. It is beautiful! Sleek modern sharp - makes a statement. So many features yet so easy to use. It does an excellent job of washing my clothes. The best I have ever used. Capacity is amazing. Easily fit a California Comforter with room to spare and it came out superb!! Better than if I would have sent to have professionally cleaned (dry cleaners). I love my new washer (and dryer) - makes me want to do laundry.

Twins that are 4 years old that do not know how to stay out of a mud hole! 2 preteen football/baseball loving boys and a girl that fits in with her brothers just fine! I was so tired of our clothes not getting clean and smell free, then we got this one!!! Oh my goodness!!!! I actually want to wash clothes now! They come out so clean! Things that haven’t came out before wash out on the first try! Even with all the different setting I don’t have to fix it every time! That makes it easier when your trying to teach the kids how to do laundry. I choose this one bc I wanted the extra help with washing clothes. I’m so glad I did. It’s pretty quiet and can hold a lot of clothes at the same time! Even my king size comforter with plenty of extra room!! Next I will be getting the dryer to match, seriously can’t wait!!

I am 5'4" and cannot reach clothes (such as socks) on the bottom of the washer tub so I use a set of tongs from my kitchen and I can grab them no problem. All my wash loads come out so clean and the Dryer is the best I ever had. I LOVE my Laundry room!!

Love, love, love how this washer sings to me!!! This washer is so quiet and washes clothes extremely well. I hated my front loaded so when it finally broke down and to much to fix we decided to go back to a top loader and never looked back!!!!

The change to an HE from a very old Kenmore was not difficult because I read the manual from cover to cover beforehand, so I knew what differences, to expect. The tinted, yet see-through lid, is great to observe the cycles. The drum is so deep that large loads are no problem. The water-saving feature takes some getting used to, but works effectively to clean clothes, etc.,very thoroughly! The deep-fill option is fantastic when more water is desired. The MANY other features are wonderful! This washer is a truly a dream machine!! Highly recommended!!!

Model number: MVWB865GW0 I could wash my clothes by hand better than our newly purchased Maytag. The agitator is non functional even though it's clearly marked "powerful agitator" on the top part. There is no turn over of clothes items, they stay stationary during the complete cycle no matter which setting you choose (small, medium or large loads)!!! Seeking full refund/credit

There are wash options for every kind of load we need to do, from delicates to washing bedding to washing a heavy duty load. The machine is efficient, quiet and delivers a great clean. I'm still using the same old detergent and softener I usually use and I've noticed that my clothes look and feel cleaner- no joke. I washed my bed sheets, and they felt softer. I don't know how that's possible with just making the machine upgrade, but it's been lovely, truly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. I wanted a large capacity with nice features. I often have issues with starting the machine. You have to place your finger in a very specific place. Also, when you change settings for different loads, it is very finicky about starting, when it does start; it cleans very, very well. I bought a second machine for upstairs and it has knobs and buttons- that machine starts every time.
