It was difficult to find a new tile with a vintage look. I used this tile to add a period correct art deco bathroom in my 1928 house. It has an excellent grip for a bathroom floor. There is a unique water mark pattern that gives the larger tiles a handmade look. The final product looks stunning. I used an antique white grout. The thickness works well will Dal Tile wall and trim pieces. The pictured Daltile colors are gloss black, gloss white, and gloss ice grey.

I left a review of this product four years ago when we remodeled a powder room floor in our 1960's townhome. I am adding a photo of the finished product here. I absolutely love this tile! It is not really gold, but more of a sunny, buttery yellow. It was easy to install and has held up beautifully. I am now considering ordering the same tile in either gray, beige and/or bone to redo our other two, full bathrooms. I am going to pair this tile with white subway tile on the walls, so I don't think it will look too busy overall in these small spaces. I love the vintage look of this tile and I think the smaller tile is better for bathroom floors because it isn't as slippery as larger, smooth tiles. Highly recommend!

I purchased 54 sheets/pieces of this mosaic to tile about 53 sq. ft. The only problem I had was that on about 3 of them the 1"x1" squares were a noticeably different shade (darker) kind of a brown color. I put those under the vanity. I very much like the look. I also used TEC power grout color Mist.

Have a '50s pink bathroom. Was going to downplay the pink with a gray or neutral floor tile. Decided instead to go big with the pink! It looks great!

We purchased this tile for our bathroom. The HD tile installer commented on the good quality of the tile before he started and had no problems at all with its installation. When we ordered we did have a few tiles that were chipped... all the affected tiles were in the same box. We returned them and the replacements were fine. This is a great tile for wet spaces as the rectangle tile is textured and makes it quite non-slip. We used platinum grout which matches very well but I think a shade darker might have looked better to better define the mosaic pattern. Also, the system HD used to calculate our grout needs underestimated. Due to the high number of grout lines we needed about 2 more containers of grout than was calculated. Just an FYI :) All said, I'm very pleased with the tile and the way it looks in my bathroom.

It's nice on shower floor. Doesn't work well as decorative border in shower because it's thinner than other wall tile.

This tile arrived in perfect condition, was easy to install and looks great in my vestibule.

These tiles paired nicely with the floor tiles.

Beautiful tile, amazing color and texture, matches my bathroom perfectly, but very large number of tiles damaged or contaminated with black dots under the coating or some kind of cement on the surface, most of which could not be removed. Very large number chipped on surface. Had to remove good tiles from the backing where they were hidden and substitute the bad ones, oriented so the damage would not show. Have a bucket of bad tiles to do this with, will make installing them a real pain. Like the tiles too much to send them back and I expect replacements will not be any better. In 6 boxes of tiles, I had only two squares without a flaw in any of the individual tiles. All other sheets had damaged tiles. Way more work than anticipated but the result will be gorgeous and I'm committed now.

I can only say at this time that it looks beautiful in the box. The company that we hired to remodel our bathroom has yet to begin. Once it’s down I’ll follow up with pictures.

Arrived earlier than expected. Ordered without getting a sample first. Looked exactly as.pictured.. Using as shower floor and accent stripe in a remodeled master bath.

The sample that I ordered looks good and as described.

I'm doing the shower floor with this in the beige right now and it is nice tile. We got the grey to do our kitchen walls with. Tile is glazed and very glossy, although the smaller 2 of 3 size tiles in the pattern are textured under the glaze, hopefully giving some grip for your feet in the shower.

Tile looks to be very good quality, much glossier than expected, colors are very good and even. Got the beige for our shower floor and the grey to do our kitchen walls. Haven't installed yet but expect fine results.

Was trying to match 50 year old tile no longer available. Did a 1/2 way decent job although tile squares were a bit bigger than the other one. As tile goes it performed as promised.

I only ordered a sample and i’m glad I did. It is very shiny and looks almost plastic. I ordered 5 sample tiles and this one was different from all the others in everything but size. I was looking for a mosaic to use in the shower floor that would match our floor and wall tiles. This would have been super slippery, but I guess it would work as an accent in a shiny ceramic tile wall.

DID NOT USE. 1. Coloring did not work for me. Description calls this tile "beige." However, despite the small pieces having beige hues, the larger tile had (to me) a definite pink hue. So, the coloring was not right for my bathroom.2. Tile appears well made; would consider Merola in the future.

Not all of the sheets were the same size. It was somewhat difficult to keep the lines straight in a 100 sq ft bathroom.

I ordered one as a sample. Am in the investigating phase of a kitchen remodel and thought this might make a nice back splash. It would, just not in my final design.

This tile arrived quickly and was advertised correctly. This tile is very close to the original tile in one of my bathrooms.I willI be using it to make some repairs. Thank you!
