Gear box loads up with chalk making it impossible to wind back up and this happens very quickly.

They copied tajima straight up but I like it! More aluminum bodies! More colors

Great kit, It comes with all you need if you want to get something straight. Really good quality for the price.

Didn't need another chalk line but went with the Milwaukee because of the fine line string. Really like this thin line. Clear, concise, and not nearly as messy vacuuming it off walls and ceilings. The fine line doesn't work as well on rough surfaces like fences. The high speed rewind is a plus. The screw top filler is a mix. Easier to recharge, no doors to worry about opening, secure screw top. Little messy with string laying out during recharge but small deal. Overall good deal.

I think the plastic one works better than the aluminum one. The plastic milwaukee #48-22-3980 chalk line is a lot smoother than the alum one & a lot better to work with.

Very disappointing that Milwaukee would even sell such a poor quality tool. I bought three at the same time for different colored chalks and all three failed within the first year. Gears are completely stripped on winding mechanism. Milwaukee you can do better...

The line this thing leaves is amazing! But I think I put too much chalk in it to start and it's a little difficult to wind in, but it does wind up quickly. Way worth the extra money than the cheapies.
