Works very well and I bet it will hold up...
Works very well and I bet it will hold up great. However, the 1/4" bits sit very deep in to lock in to place and some bits are not long enough to work correctly and fall out. All of my Milwaukee and DeWalt bits work with it.

Works for me.
Have only used it once, but seems to work fine. Well built and heavy construction, as you would expect from Milwaukee. Allows me to use my garage impact wrench for driving screws.

TOTAL JUNK!!
ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS I PUT IT ON A DEWALT 1/2 in IMPACT AND THE PIECE OF GARBAGE CONTINUES TO FALL OFF THE TOOL HEAD WHEN YOU BACK OFF AND OUTTA THINGS… ITS A CUSS FEST… SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
