Trim carpentry. Horrifying extensions that fly apart due to cheap hardware. Wing nuts with no lock washers..etc..

After comparing this to the dewalt and rigid stand I’m gonna be mounting my new Milwaukee mitre saw to the rigid stand, call me old fashioned but I like my saw to stay mounted to the stand. If Milwaukee decides to make a rolling stand again I’d highly recommend they utilize a straight axle for the wheels for strength, minimum tire diameter of 8” so stairs and gravel aren’t an issue (the rigid ones are really nice) and finally multiple height adjustments so people over 6’ don’t have to kill their back all day. If Milwaukee can make that happen I’ll eat my own foot and throw my rigid stand into moving traffic.

I like the miter stand. I think that it is well built. On one hand I like that the body is shorter as it is easier to haul around. But on the other hand the overall length of the stand and arms is shorter then I am use to. Additional stands would be necessary if you are cutting long heavy trim.

For the price this should be built a lot better. The end stands never stay tight always falling off it bending. Worst thing I own of Milwaukee.

The support brackets are trash. Completely useless they fall off while you trying to make a cut. I have two of these stands and they're only good as saw horses.

Not very sturdy, parts loosen up and constantly fixing height adjustment. Leg system is good, easy to open.

Best stand , love it , I bought 2 extra mounting brackets , fabricate to fit a custom table top 5x2.5 , I use it as work table on job sites when not using saw , sturdy easy stand ,buying another just to have on sale 170 $

I have owned this for 3 years. This is not a great mitre stand. The stand itself is strong and folds up great. The issue is the rails that extend. The end pieces are horribly designed and constantly come loose. I would opt for another brand stand for my saw if I were to buy again.

The directions aren’t very user friendly. The saw works great and is easy to set up and take down.

The Product is ok, most of the product is sturdy and well built. The thing that is not are the side risers. Can not recommend spending money on this unless your really love milwaukee or they fix the riser issues (Blending out of place, easily knocked out of the bars, etc. The older Milwaukee one was significantly better then this, so I know they can make a better one.

Like others said ends are wobbly and fall off. Just expected better from Milwaukee.

The saw was great to begin with but after getting the stand it only Made it better!! Takes you off the dirt to do you cutting! Me being older it really helped not having to bend over!! Overall I give it an excellent rating! Milwaukee is the best out there!!!

I'm a big Milwaukee fan and I had intended to use it on-site for trimming houses, but this stand design has many flaws. I purchased it along with a new Milwaukee 12" miter saw which I am enjoying. First of all, the stand is way too short for practical construction. The extensions are flimsy and the supports at each end are prone to fall off. There is no useful provision for leveling the all the legs. The bracket for attaching my new Milwaukee 12" Sliding Miter Saw are very difficult to assemble and to attach to the stand. The threaded holes do not line up with the bracket and the alignment problem is compounded since the Milwaukee saw mounting holes doe not line up correctly when trying to bolt it on. (Also, the square holes in the Milwaukee saw casting are not quite big enough for the head of the socket head cap screw that is provided.) The mounting brackets are difficult to "snap" into place since the spring pressure is way too high. I would trade it for a 10 year old Dewalt stand if I could. I've bought Milwaukee stuff for 35 years and I've never been this disappointed in a Milwaukee product.

Miter saw table works great. Easy to set up

Decent stand, poorly designed though. Support arms are weak, and the support brackets are not very beefy.

Personally I wish this stand was twice the length, whenever you are cutting 16ft trim this stand is no where near long enough, It’s a great stand if you are cutting short material or light material, but most material comes in 16ft sections anyways.

I got it for my Milwaukee 10 inch battery powered chopsaw I have the 12 inch Milwaukee Chopsaw as well, so for the 10 inch wanted it to be easily disassembled and put away in my trailer in which this works out darn near perfect for me. And I am sure it will work out perfect for many other people as well, Thank You Home Depot and Milwaukee

Stan is very sturdy and a hold the saw in place real nice. The ends hold the lumber in place.

Not a fan of the slide out arms and supports they don't seem to tighten down they still move. Seems cheaply made
