Having owned the M12 Fuel impact driver (which is great), I assumed the drill/driver would be roughly the same size/weight. It's not. If you look at the weights of other 18 or 20v drill/drivers, this is basically the same, and only slightly shorter. It's nice to have extra batteries compatible with the impact driver but you lose out on a bunch of torque compared to a 18v.

A really nice hammer drill. Makes quick work of drilling into concrete blocks for Tapcon screws. Has nice balance and seems easy on the batteries. This kit has everything - two batteries, charger and hammer drills. Very highly recommended.

The drill is perfect! Loads of power and great battery life.

Great tool. Little heavier than I expected but has the power to get things done

Ok, I have been using both DeWalt drills and Makita drills for years but decided to jump on the bandwagon, so I ordered this set a couple weeks ago. As soon as I received it, I immediately charged both batteries and put it into usage. I’m sorry to say this, but it does not feel as comfortable in my hands as DeWalt or Makita; the handle/handgrip is too bulky! One big turn-off for me, I don’t know if it’s just this particular one I received, but as I was using it, the chuck was not straight; it wobbles and even the screw driver wobbles along with it. I trust Milwaukee for its popular demands, but only time can tell.

I’ve been extremely happy with all the Milwaukee product I’ve bought in recent weeks. I bought this drill for home use and it’s been great.

Drill works great. My coworker has a more expensive larger drill but doesn’t have hammer drill feature. This small drill made drilling through cinder block easy. I like the smaller compact size. This drill is easy to carry around all day.

This is a great cordless drill/impact driver. Small and light weight but still pretty powerful. Easy to carry around in a tool tote (I use a small Toughbuilt). Does not have as much torque as my 18v Dewalt, but is also smaller, lighter and easier to handle in tight spaces. Note that Milwaukee recently did another update to this drill, the M12 3403-20. It has 400 in/lbs of torque and in kit form comes with the new M12 CP2.5 Ah battery, compared to the 350 in/lbs and CP2.0 Ah tool and battery that I purchased. They essentially look identical so if you want the higher torque and longer-lasting battery be sure to read the label carefully. Lastly, in case you don't know, when set to any of the driver positions this drill has a "slow start" feature. When set to the drill or hammer position on the torque selector it spins up quickly as you would expect.

Outstanding value for the dollars invested! The build quality, performance, ruggedness are second to none. Whether for a tradesperson or hobbyist, this will easily get the job done! Cheers! KO6GUY
