Big blows and suction like a champ.
Love it’s a pack out and the storage of the tank. It can really blow a string over 150ft of pvc underground and take out most water and rocks.

Hose broke after only two weeks
The plastic end detached from the hose after only two weeks of ownership. Home Depot refused to replace the hose.

    No Cords!
Let’s just start with appreciation for the lack of a cord dragging around while you’re trying to clean up muck. Like when my MIL’s basement flooded, we didn’t want to use outlets due to the flood. This would have been so handy then. But also all the time’s tripping over a cord. No more! The unit has a space to place the batteries when not in use, so it isn’t constantly “plugged in”. But they sit right beneath where they would slide in, so easy to pick up and use. The charger charges relatively fast. It is a little loud in the house, but probably not noticeable in the garage. There are two suction speeds, works great at both speeds. There are two things that are annoying, but not too bad. The first is the latch that should hold the hose. There isn’t enough of a lip that will hold onto the latch so it pops off. The second is where you store the tools. It may be that this is new and I still need to break it on, but it’s a constant - try this circle, nope, must be the next one - search and find method to get the tools set.

    Great vac
This is a fantastic vacuum cleaner, for a battery powered vacuum it has a good amount of power. Best part is no cords to deal with, I was able to walk around the garage and not have to deal with the power cord getting stuck on everything or wrapped around stuff. This vacuum cleaner is well built and I am sure it will last me a lifetime and in the professional environment a very long time. This will be great cleaning the car. No messing around with the long extension cords and can use it anywhere in the driveway. The on board storage of the hose and accessories is a strong positive for me as it helps keep everything organized and together. Normally I would store it all in the vacuum cleaner and have to take out all the attachments before each use, even those quick clean up jobs. It fit two large 9ah batteries no problem. While the hose on the vacuum cleaner side stayed in while I pulled it around. The hose at the "user" end kept coming apart no matter how hard or tight I tried to get it. The other part I did not like was that it requires two batteries, I wish the lower power mode allowed only one battery operation. Over all great product and really happy with it.

The Milwaukee 9 Gal. Cordless, Dual-Battery, Wet/Dry Shop Vacuum Kit has lots of Great Features.
First thing I like about the Milwaukee 9 gal. Cordless Shop Vacuum is the rectangular shape. The vacuum is not as wide as the typical, full size, round shop vacuum. It fits nicely between my radial arm saw and my work bench. Also, the center of gravity seems lower, so when the vacuum is pulled, it doesn’t want to tip over. Another thing, it is longer than it is wide and this help stability when being pulled. The vacuum hose locks into place with a simple ~30 deg. twist so when you pull on the hose to move the vacuum it "does not" pull out of the port. Also, since it is cordless, there is not a cord to have to deal with when moving the vacuum. The 9 gal. tank fits snugly into a cart with a foot clamp located on the end. To remove tank from cart simply step down on the foot clamp and lift up on the handle. The cart has reinforced casters with a tread pattern on the wheels and wheel locks to keep the vacuum from moving from its location if desired. It rolls nicely across various surfaces. On the end of the Cart the (2) extensions, crevice tool and utility nozzle are “securely” stored. When moving the vacuum to the work location the vacuum hose can be wrapped around the vacuum secured with a “snap in clamp” and an elastic strap on the end of the vacuum. The vacuum kit includes (2) 8 Ah batteries and a rapid charger with 2 charging slots. Two batteries are required to run the vacuum. I’m using my vacuum to collect the saw dust from the radial arm saw using a centrifugal separator. The Milwaukee Vacuum works well with this set up on low speed. I also use the vacuum for general clean up in the shop or the house. As always with Milwaukee tools, every detail has been thought out and well engineered. Examples of this are the vacuum hoses that lock into place with a simple ~30 deg. twist after inserting the hose into the suction or exhaust port. Nylon O-ring seals on the extension wands, crevice nozzle and utility nozzle to eliminate vacuum leaks. Accessories are available like a 6 or 12 gallon tank that fit the same cart and motor head or an attachable bag that clamps to the top of the motor head for additional tools. In my opinion the Milwaukee, 9 Gal. Shop Vacuum is the best cordless Shop Vacuum you can buy and I recommend it for the avid DIYer or Professional Craftsman.

    Great Vacuum
This vacuum is very powerful for its size. It’s small enough to be easily stored with your packout system, but powerful enough to get the job done.

Finally a wet/dry that will get used
Why would I want a second wet-dry vac in my house? Because we don’t use the first one. You see the first must be plugged in, it is bulky, doesn’t roll very well, is just a pain to use. The new Milwaukee 9 gallon dual-battery wet/dry solves all these issues. This kit includes brushless motor, 9-gallon tank with drain plug, 4-wheel cart with individual brakes, wet/dry filter, 9 ft of hose, crevice tool, utility nozzle, two extension wands, 2-8Ah batteries and battery charger. Did I mention the charger can rapid charge two batteries simultaneously taking about 85 minutes to full charge? No assembly is needed. This machine needs 36 volts to run, and Milwaukee cleverly accomplished that by using M18 batteries. While 8Ah will give you the longest run time, any pair of M18 will run this vac. This also means the included batteries can be use on any M18 compatible tool. In use the tank can quickly be attached or detached from the tray for greater mobility. The hose connects with a twist to lock insuring it will not disconnect during use. The two-speed power switch allows for extended run-time or greater suction as needed. The hose can be connected to the exhaust to use as a blower. The accessory tools have O-rings to prevent leaks when wet vacuuming. I found the suction to be more than adequate on the ECO setting. When done working, a simple pull of the side handles separates the motorhead from the tank for easy clean out. While dragging the vacuum around it had no problems rolling onto rugs and mats due to its large and textured wheels. The accessory tools are storage on the cart, while the hose wraps around the motorhead. Fold down top handle makes it easy to pick up unit or guide it around. Downside to this system, it needs both batteries to run, a wet debris filter is not included, and neither is vacuum bag. Two sections of hose are needed for the tie down to stay in place. The charger shows a steady red lamp to indicate charging instead of a flashing green. The ability to drag and use this unit at any time without the need for power cord, means we’ll be using this unit all the time and not hiding it. While I have mentioned a few cons, Milwaukee has done a great job with the design, and build of this useful product.

      Cordless functionality
I simply love this vacuum but it has shortcomings. My review of te Milwaukee M18 FUEL 9 Gal. Cordless DUAL-BATTERY Wet/Dry Shop Vacuum Kit with (2) 8.0 ah Batteries, Filter, Hose, and Accessories. First I love the ease of use. The cord doesn't get in the way because there is not one. So for cleaning my basement ease of use is as good as it gets. It has great suction power and high and low settings. The hose inserts and twists to positively lock. The vacuum comes with a 2 tools , two 8.0 batteries and a rapid charger. So the issues I see are two freshly charged batteries lasted 30 minutes on high. So you better have alot of batteries. The rapid charger cannot recharger batteries fast enough. Takes approximately 1 hr to recharge 8.0 batteries. The other negative I see is you probably are going to have to by the Milwaukee accessories to fit these hoses. My other vac accessories were too large or to small. So my verdict.... Great vacuum if and only if you have the batteries to support it. The vacuum is pricey but very versatile. If you don't have access to 120 volt power this is a heaven sent.

      Very light and convenient
This thing is pretty dang quiet for a wet/dry. I love this vac so much! The only thing I would say as far as a complaint is that there isn’t a spot for storing the power tool adapter…Why not?! There’s a spot for the 2 other adapters except for that. It will fit on top of the battery if you position it just right on top, opposite of the fuel gauge. However, that’s only with cp and xc, with ho it probably wouldn’t fit at all due to bulkier cells. One recommendation I’d have for this would be to use at least a 6.0ho, preferably the 8.0ho for better runtime as the 5.0xc doesn’t last too long. With that being said, easily a 5 star product.

      THIS VACUUM SUCKS! PUN INTENDED!
Bought the M18 vacuum for some field work that required a wet vac. This will fill the 2.5 gallon collector with water in a matter of seconds. It worked flawlessly with the m18 5.0 battery. The brief case handle made it very easy to transport and stores well with my other pack-out items! Definitely worth the money if you’re considering a small vacuum with big power!

      Awesome Product
Love the Packout Vac. Used my first one hard and had no problems with it, but left my tailgate down and it fell out at 65mph along with all my other Packouts. The vac got hit by a Sedan and wedged itself under the car and was pushed down the highway for 5 miles before it became unstuck. It still had the 12amp battery and all the accessories inside and still functioned. it was a little to worn down to continue using so I bought another. 2nd one works just as well as the first. Great Product. All the other Packouts were fine too.

      Outstanding
12 Aug 2022 Having a portable vac to do light duty clean up during a project is great and this sweeper does the job. And I was able to adapt the Model #: 49-90-2016 bags to work with this sweeper! Cut a piece of 1" PVC conduit, or any PVC pipe with a 1.315" OD, 2-1/4" long with a 45 deg cut on one end. Push the straight cut end into the inlet hole. A friction fit is all that is needed, no glue. Push the bag opening onto the PVC stub and secure the bag with an electrical zip tie.

        Works really well!!
This accessory takes dust collection to a whole new level. The fact that this is able to stick to the wall when the vacuum is running is mind blowing. I like to keep my work space really clean so I am constantly cleaning as I work especially since I work in a lot of high end homes where you cannot afford to scratch or damage anything. This accessory does a great job of collecting dust and debris as I work. Great accessory!!

        Work great!
These work great for pulling strings through. The smaller diameter ones are easy to bend to get into conduit boxes and in tight spaces. They fit perfectly on multiple different vacuums I have. The rubber is firm enough to be durable, but soft enough to bend and give a good seal on the end of the conduit. They have a cross piece in the vacuum hole to prevent your pull line from going all the way into the vacuum.

Have a funny shape but work good.
These air tips get the job done. I was surprised that they actually do create a little more force because it reduces. I used them for different applications already. I did vacuum out a conduit line that I ran to some exterior lights and it was a really long run but it did get out a lot of the shavings. I was able to attach this to my RIDGID shop vac. I also have the Milwaukee battery powered shop vac. But at the time I had the RIDGID at the job site. My favorite thing about those tips is that they attach to different size hoses. And they actually fit. They were not all loose on a 2 1/2”. I also used one on my pack out vacuum. And they sleeve on great with no issues of falling off or anything. Of course at the job some people did say they looked a little funny. But they get the job done. The tips of them fit real good into a pipe. And the shape of them helps create that pressure to suck out whatever is in there. They’re made of good quality rubber. And I was actually surprised just how much I would use them throughout a remodel

Convenient but a heavy battery user
The advantage of this shop vacuum is that it’s cordless. That’s awesome not to have to be tethered to a cord and be able to move around freely. I would say its suction power is comparable to the intro/small versions of corded shop vacuums. Unfortunately it devours batteries quickly so you either need some high capacity batteries or backups on the charger ready to go if you want to use this for heavy cleanup. I was using 3ah batteries and they didn’t last long. Maybe 20 minutes of run time. 6 and 8ah batteries would definitely work better but they will add to the cost significantly and I don’t use those sizes for my other Milwaukee tools. Otherwise note, it's a pretty good vacuum. The 6 gallon capacity is excellent and it has a nice long hose and several tools that attach right to the vacuum itself. I used it to clean up drywall dust and the filter caught all of the particles.

        Great Addition For Your Vacuum
These attachments for your shop vacuum are awesome. I used to have to use my cone attachment and try, as best I could, to seal the conduit enough so that the jet line could be feed through. These attachments provide a tight seal every time. These can even be used inside a 4-square box. The attachments fit your large shop vacuum hose and smaller hoses. The attachments are universal with other vacuum brands that have a 2-1/2" or 1-1/4" hose sizes. I used these on a vacuum brand other than Milwaukee and they worked perfectly.

        fantastic
I just recently got this shop vacuum and I think it is great. The wheels on it are incredible. It rolls so smoothly across the floor. I can lock the wheels if I need to also. It has two power settings low and high. Low doesn't eat up the battery as fast and still picks up fine. The hose it comes with is nine feet long of a nice soft material not like the other vac hoses of hard plastic, so it is very flexible and doesn't crush when you step on it like they show in the video. I know I did it and it was great. The only draw back is it being cordless is that it eats up batteries very quickly. I don't use it for very long periods of time. I happen to have about 5 or 6 batteries so I just bring them all with me and a couple of chargers and I don't have a problem. The base with the wheels on it make the whole thing pretty heavy but I deal with it.

        Best Made, Most Options
No doubt the best made shop vac I've ever seen. It's heavier, but you can appreciate that when you see and feel the quality that is built into it. It has the best wheels and casters that are built to last. Each on is lockable to keep the vac in place. The cart is built with the same quality. The cart will accept different size tanks. The tanks can be switched out to different sizes using the cart and motor head. The crevice and utility nozzles are neatly, conveniently and securely stored on top of the motor head. A bag is available to store additional tools on the unit. The hose is the best I've used. It's not some flimsy hose that will easily crack, break or crush. There are three different filter options for this unit, plus a fleece bag option the keeps your machine and filter cleaner, while making clean-up easier. There are two power settings and using the 12ah battery will give you about 31 minutes or 47 minutes. Its power will surprise you because it's so quite. It uses a 1-7/8" hose and extensions. It is perfect for sawdust, dust, drywall dust, metal shavings, broken glass, etc. and water. If you're cleaning up fine dust, use the fleece bags to better protect the filter and unit. It makes everything better for that fine dust. It's very well-made, powerful and you don't need a cord. This is one of the best things Milwaukee has made. Check out all the attachment options available for this unit. Very impressive machine.

Great features but with some flaws
This wet/dry vacuum has so many great well thought out features that I can not mention them all but will highlight a few. I like the way the vacuum is removeable from the caddy. The caddy is heavy duty with locking wheels. The vacuum is a vacuum and a blower. I really like the twist and lock hose connections. It has a two speed on/off switch and comes with a dust filter. All the accessories are heavy duty. The vacuum will run on my 3A batteries but I really wish a 12 A could be included with the set. The advertisement mentions the run time with a 12A so I do not know how long it will run on just a 3A. The owner's manual mentions using a foam filter when vacuuming up liquids but one was not included. I could not get the hose storage strap to latch. There is nothing for the latch to connect to. I actually broke the latch trying to get it to stay connected - see pictures.

        Cordless convenience
Great features, great suction, only minor issues. Milwaukee's M18 vacuum (Model # 0910-20, Made in USA from Global Materials) is large and heavy for a 6-gal tank but it offers cord-free convenience and legendary quality, with a host of available accessories. One great feature: the wheeled base, which also stores some accessories, is easily removed with a foot latch. That's convenient because it's awkward to carry the assembled unit through doors and narrow hallways. Another surprisingly useful feature is the two-speed motor. Not only does it extend battery life and reduce noise, it also means the unit won't careen toward you if the opening gets blocked, as often happens when I vacuum my rubber anti-fatigue mats. Suction on the low setting is still surprisingly powerful. The unit is fairly quiet, but it does have a higher pitched whine than my other shop vacuums. A small crevice tool and utility nozzle are stored in the motor head, but because of the tight space they must be removed or stored in order – you can't access the nozzle without first removing the crevice tool. Those and other accessories can be stored on the wheeled base if desired. One potential issue is the 1-3/4” outer diameter of the hose's accessory end: it is designed for Milwaukee's 1-7/8” accessories and cannot be used with larger 2-1/2” accessories standard on my other shop-vac or the dust collection ports/adaptors on my power tools. Filter removal/replacement is a breeze. There are no wingnuts/caps to unscrew and lose; just a small turn of the filter locks/unlocks it. Onboard hose storage seemed perfect at first, but I found the elastic cord holding the hose on its “shelf” wouldn't stay attached (see photo). Fortunately, the hose storage “clip” on the side secures the corrugated hose itself, so the hose can be stored with only the hose end flopping. The top of the motor head also has 4 storage tie-down clips, designed specifically for the Milwaukee accessory kit, but which could be used with small bungee cords; however anything covering the motor head interferes with the carrying handle. The kit comes with a high quality pleated dust filter, but not the foam filter needed for wet operation. The motor head can easily be used as a blower by switching ports for the hose, but it's not nearly as convenient or efficient as using a specifically engineered Milwaukee M18 blower. The price is high, but you get cordless convenience with stellar performance and quality that exceeds most corded units.

        Great Shop Vacuum
Milwaukee has another awesome product. I’ve always used wet/dry vacuums for outdoor cleaning, vehicle cleaning, outdoor rugs and miscellaneous projects inside and outdoor. My number one complaint has always been the extension cord that I always needed to attach because the cord on the vacuums are so short. Milwaukee has solved this with the cordless wet/dry vacuum. It sits on a removable rolling tray with reinforced casters that are lockable so no more rolling vacuum when I’m using it. It can roll over cords and has a handle for easy navigation. The release pedal removes the vacuum from the rolling tray easily. It is built with a Powerstate brushless motor is a bonus and has more power than a corded vacuum. Milwaukee added the flexible non-crushable hose with the standard accessories (crevice tool, extension wand, filter, hose, nozzle) and more available if you need it for a specific job. I’m very pleased with the 9’ hose that comes with it, but I do wish it had the brush accessory as I use that often when I clean my vehicle. It has a cleanable/reusable high efficient filter that exchanges with a quarter turn. Other types of filters are available which is great to know if needed. This is a 6 gallon which is perfect for my needs, but two larger sizes are available. I found it to be more powerful than my old corded shop vacuum and cleaned up debris very well. However, the M18 battery and charger is sold separately which is an investment but can be used on many of the brand’s items. The lasts long enough to get your job done and charges fairly fast. 3-Year Tool Warranty. Made in USA

        A Powerful Shop Vacuum!
This shop vacuum is as powerful as my corded shop vacuum. It provides me the ability to easily vacuum up dirt and debris when there is no AC available. It also effectively vacuumed up water from my basement floor when it flooded. The vacuum is made from rugged plastic. The hose, while flexible, resists kinking and crushing. I used an M18 9.0 battery to power the vacuum. I only got 24 minutes of runtime on the high power setting before the battery ran down.

        Easy to use
The Milwaukee Cordless Vacuum is a lot more different than usual shop vacuums that I have used in the past. The Milwaukee can be taken off the wheels , but the wheel base bakes it easy to roll the vacuum around. The wheels also can be locked if you don't wont it to move. The hose is heavy duty and is long to reach longer areas. It comes with two accessories to vacuum in tight places. It is easy to open the lid and empty the contents of the holed area.
