This cooler was easy to install. It fit perfect and the measurements were exact. I love the lock option because my 1yr old continuously try’s to open it.

Refrigerator failed less than two years after install. It appears as if the refrigerant leaked. It no longer cools. The temperature was never consistent. Making it worse, the temperature contol resets to default every time power goes out. It is frustrating to get a semi-cold beer when the reset is not noticed.

The unit works well and is a very attractive addition to our home. Lighting and temperature control is good. My only complaint is that there is apparently no way to store a default temperature setting. We have frequent momentary power outages and the unit returns to factory default temperatures when the power comes back on. Those defaults are 54 degrees Fahrenheit for both sides -- too cold for red wine, not cold enough for beer! We have owned this refrigerator for about a year and a half. It is much better than a solid-state unit we owned previously. This is surprisingly quieter than the solid-state machine -- the fans in the other one ran constantly and loudly!

For the price and what you get, this product is great! However, it has a known flaw of the temperature sensor going out. Unfortunately, ours was on our wine bottle side and froze all of our wine (including some very expensive wine bottles). So, if you are looking for a product like this, just make sure to call shortly after and complain about the temperature reading to get your sensor ordered for when it does go out. Otherwise if you are like me, it will go out a month after the one year warranty expired. So order ahead, and keep a close eye on your cooler! I called NewAir directly and although their customer service was quick, they care less about their customer satisfaction. They even ask at the end if you are satisfied, and despite saying no, they just apologized and said good-bye!

I just love my new beverage and wine cooler. It looks great in my kitchen. Since I never use my dishwasher I replaced it with this cooler. Best decision I may to make my kitchen look more sophisticated.

This wine and beverage cooler is the perfect compliment to my renovated kitchen that I have been working on the last 12 months. I had to do some modifications to a cabinet near my refrigerator taking out two drawers and two cabinet doors. that I did myself on a Friday night. The cooler was able to fit nicely under my counter top with about an inch or two to spare. I did some carpentry work myself for the two spaces on either side of the fridge with some paint and sealing and it looks absolutely fantastic! My kitchen appliances are all stainless steel and this new addition is definitely a Big Wow factor. It sits between my new oven and refrigerator and I could not be happier. The blue LED lights at night look fantastic and there is more than enough room for all the soft drinks and wine. The adjustable temperature, switch to turn blue lights on and off and the locking mechanism is nice although I don't need that yet! This will make your kitchen look very fancy and is a great addition even if you did only fill it up with soft drinks. Great product! PS. In my photo after I added the wine cooler it inspired me to get new granite and new tile with LED lights. Matches up perfectly.

Extremely nice looking. I purchased another beverage cooler before this one and it was loud. This beverage cooler has drastically less noise. It cools the beverages perfectly. Has a lock to keep the kids out. I would buy again and certainly recommend.

This cooler is spacious as well as quiet. Assembly was simple and it fit the space in the kitchen island perfectly. The condo dual sections are great.

Had to order online while in store, and was nervous from some of the reviews I had read about regarding noise. However the noise level is completely satisfactory. It’s only in the dead of quiet can I hear it vaguely while in the kitchen. I am extremely pleased with my purchase at this time. It cools properly that I can tell and it looks very professional. this fit perfectly under my counter and looks amazing. Its super quiet and the dual temp control is awesome it lets me keep water and coffee creamers on one side and then my energy drinks on the other. The blue light is also awesome and makes it stand out.

Our contractors built a new bar in our house and recommended this brand so we purchased two units in the last six months we had to replace both original units due to them freezing up the wine and just the other day one of those replacement units went bad and froze up the wine again. In appearance they looked great unfortunately after speaking to a refrigeration guy he told me the compressor and parts or Junk from overseas. Paying $800 per unit you would think you would get some quality in appearance they look great though. Would definitely not recommend they also are very noisy when running

Was a great product for the first few months when it was working perfectly. The unit suddenly froze everything overnight on the right side including glass bottles that exploded inside. Neither side is the correct temperature at this point. The right side freezes everything and the thermostat reads 81 degrees while the left side fluctuates between 36 to 58. I have both sides set to 36 degrees. Called the company to explain the situation and they told me the problem is most likely the thermostats on both sides for which they would send replacements. They asked me to send them an email explaining everything I had just told them over the phone with some photos. I sent the email and their response was that they are out of stock on the replacement parts as well as the actual unit. So now I have to wait and keep checking back to see which they will have in stock first so that I can get a replacement. I spend over $900 on this unit, including an extended warranty, to make sure I would have a working cooler....just spectacular.

We bought this refrigerator after our Magic Chef Dual zone refrigerator stopped working after 4 years because of a leak in the coils and was not repairable. We had it for a little less than a month. I really liked the look of our Magic Chef a little better than the NewAir. We decided to go with this brand over Magic Chef because I was disappointed that it only lasted 4 years before it stopped cooling. Like others that have reviewed this refrigerator, I find that it is a little noisy and kicks on more often. The temp also needs to be reset after a power outage which another reviewer had mentioned. Sort of annoying since we sometime have power glitches in the summertime. You don't really notice the temperature has changed unless you get down to eye level and look directly at it. I guess we will have to monitor it more closely than we did with the other refrigerator. We we do reset it, the refrigerator does go down to the temp that we adjust it to. We bought this refrigerator because we wanted flat shelves for beer and pop cans but we also wanted to be able to chill wine bottles too. The wine shelves are a little odd because you have to flip the wine bottles around forward and backward to be able to reach the capacity that NewAir advertises. That's okay for us as we don't ever have 18 bottles at one time. One other thing I have noticed is that the wine side temp jumps up to 59 degrees when you open the door. It starts dropping down when you close it. I'm not sure if that is a problem or not. I will have to keep my eye on it. The other side does not do this.

6 months in and it works great. I have an open concept rambler with no walls between kitchen and living room and I hardly ever hear the cooler. Keep beer cold and wine at the correct temp.

We put the unit in our extended kitchen for Wine and cold drinks. Its looks great. The temperature settings are right on. Its a little noisy when the compressor kicks on but I have heard worse and for the money its a not bad. You get used to it pretty quick. Its been less than 6 months but at this point, I would recommend it.

The cooler is excellent came in great shape easy to put the handles on looks awesome. The dual temperature control is great we have wine on one side and beer and other refreshments on the other side plenty of room. It has a real compressor like refrigerators do so like refrigerators you can hear the compressor but it is a very minimal sound and if you put sound deadening material on the back well it might even reduce the little sound you hear.The refrigerator gets cold enough for beer and soda I keep it at 36°. It has dual lights and dual temperature settings with display I’ve had it a month and is working fine I would recommend this to anybody.

This is a Great unit. I researched several different units and still had many questions. Other companies I contacted could not answer my questions, or didn't seem to care. I was so disappointment with other companies I was hesitant to contact Newair. What a difference when I contacted Newair. I contacted Newair and spoke with Ashley S, your customer service representative she answered most of my questions immediately. I did have one question she could not answer, however she told me she would find out and get back to me. Within ten minutes she called me back with an answer. I felt so confident and at ease talking to Ashley S. that I decided right then and there to purchase this product. Newair has superb customer service!! I am so happy I purchased my beverage center, I love it!! All my friends that see the unit loves it too.

The Dual Zone Wine & Beverage Cooler is the perfect alternative for families. With the ability to hold 18 wine bottles and 60 cans of pop in individual compartments, there's a drink for everyone!

I bought this 4 years ago and now it wont cool. For the price it should last longer then 4 years

Do not buy. As other reviews stated, it seems like it is designed to fail at or near the 3 year mark. I purchased this for a kitchen remodel and I'm disappointed that it's not built to last more than a couple of years. I have a useless fridge in my kitchen.

Unit stopped cooling 2 years after purchase. It has been sitting empty in our bar for a couple years.

This company should be banned from selling any product. After a few years, one side works and I'm in complete awe of the price point and the lack of responsibility and integrity based on their shortcomings to support their customers.
