bought this one after my first broke down. I like this one better !

My ice maker was not making ice any longer and I contact there customer suppsup service and spoke to melissa. She helped me out right away and they are sending me a new ice maker. One of the easiest and best companies you can buy from and they stand behind there products!!

We have used this constantly for almost a month now and love it. It's not silent but definitely not disturbing, the loudest part is the ice falling into the bin.

first one had water leak, called on Friday, talked to them I had another one on Monday this one works really well thanks to newair I was only without ice for about a week

Had a A100 ice maker 10 years. It recently quit. We wanted another just like it. It performs better than the others. Ordered another one and it was damaged. Elmer was quick to respond and get this resolved.

nice machine. makes plenty of ice. large size is smaller than regular ice cube but sufficient.

Just ordered my 3rd Newair Premium 28lb ice maker. First unit failed after 1 year. Bought another one but this time included the 2yr extended warranty. It failed after 2 years, and as mentioned above, just ordered the 3rd unit w/ extended warranty. Before they fail they work great! BUT you must purchase the extended warranty because they will fail after a year or two. If not for that fact I'd give it 5 stars.

Booth $250 machine and after 14 months it just stopped working and they didn’t offer me anything since I was outside of the 12 months warranty I was going to buy a new unit and they could offer me anything better than what was on the site and I’m already out $250! Go to a different company I was on with customer service for 2 hours!!

WOW! Just one fill makes more ice then I thought. Couldn't quite figure out why the low water light kept coming on with half filled tray. Just empty tray, and let the Ice maker continue until the tank is near empty. Best investment I made in a long time.

It is cute and works really well. Water temperature determines the quality of ice cubes. The same water circulates from the reservoir to ice making chamber. As the water cycles it gets colder and you get better shaped ice cubes. The auto shut off works well. Starts forming ice in 15-20 minutes. Add

The machine makes ice. It takes a while for it to make a 1/2 gallon bag of ice, say about 2-3 hours. But the cubes are formed, and drop down into the basket. It doesn't seem to keep the ice frozen completely so I have to check it frequently and empty into my bag and place in my freezer.
