Love the ease of you use and the durability of the product!

Compared to wood decking this is harder to install. I think the extra cost and effort is worth it, though. There will be no visible screws when you are finished. The plastic T clips aren't hard to use, but they are a pain to get into place. Still worth it. The stainless steel starter clips are a real pain to get right. Again, still worth it. If you want a very smooth deck with no visible screws or nails, and you also want a very sturdy, bounce-free deck, NewTechWood is the product for you. I've had my deck in place for over a year now.

Boards are very stiff and strong but the finish is soft and easily scratched (not very durable). Home depot should stock samples so you can touch the product before investing.

This product was recommended to us by a friend. He used it on a huge deck he built for his house. We used it on a very small deck. The biggest advantage is that the fasteners are hidden. I understand this is not the case for end boards on most similar products.

It is light and easy to work with. Very poor customer service and lengthy delivery time.. The only part of the product that I really didn't like is the recommended hidden fasteners which are cheap, flimsy fasteners. You're better off buying the universal Tiger clips which are sturdier. I wouldn't recommend this.
