My grill was dropped off to my front yard; damaged boxing, upside down, damaged 📦, opened and re-taped. The delivery service did not knock on my door, or else I would not have accepted delivery. Really disappointed overall.

          I just put the grill together so I haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but the assembly was very simple. Instructions were easy to follow so I’m pretty excited to use this grill. Also, the features like the rotisserie and side burner are going to be a great addition to our BBQ season!!!

            first off, I went to my local HD that said there's "2 in stock" and the Three kids there only found the scratched and dented floor model there, I was told I can ask for a discount. I went home ordered it online and was here 2 days later as I specified, the delivery was great! ,sadly the package holding the hardware was broken and screws and washers were everywhere. I had to go to my hardware store and buy a dozen screws to get enough of the 1/4-20s that were gone. not worth the effort.

                      Worst packaging ever
                      We ordered online. First time we got a damaged box with bolts and nuts scattered in our flower bed and bent grill stick on the box. Contacted HD customer service and replaced it twice. Second time was even worse. We did not accept the delivery. Third time we got a taped over box with pieces hanging out of the box. Most probably missing pieces and hardwares. Nexgrill better work on the packaging of its products. Waste of time. Would not recommend buying their products online.

                        Really nice, but it has rust
                        Good looking grill. As with most grills at this pricepoint from large box stores, they seem to have a short lifespan. We purchased ours in June 2020 and they are both rusting. The drip cup holder area of the drip pan rusted out and the cup fell off. The grill grates have deteriorated where it looks like whatever layers of metal are peeling off. Surprising is that the electronic spark lighters still work, well most of them.

                              This grill leaked and exploded into flames, do not buy it, it's not safe and the manufacturer will blame you for not testing the lines with soap and water before turning it on everytime! Not worth risking everything to turn it on!

                                The side where the searer is, the frame is already staring to rust - can send you the picture if needed. One of the 6 burners is defective - amber/red flame instead of blue flame - also can send the picture if needed

                                I purchased this grill from home depot about a year and a half ago. Mind you I do live in florida where it is humid, but I have kept this grill covered with a grill cover from day. I have also kept it on my covered back porch. With this grill being 500 plus dollars you would think that this wouldnt happen over a year and a half. I definitely would recommend you spend your money on a different company!

                                  The grill looks and feels great but I just don’t get the propane flowing like It should.. not sure if it’s due to having so many burners but I only can use 2-3 and still don’t have nice size cooking flames.

                                    It only lasted 4 years
                                    This thing is a piece of junk if you use it frequently. The plastic handles that you turn the gas with melted in the form because the plastic is not heat resistant. The top grades have all rusted out and will get in your meat. The shields are made of cheap steel , The flame sheilds are not stainless steel it’s regular soft steel painted with some kind of porcelain paint. It takes quite some time to put it together. The best thing is it’s dual fuel, but you have to convert it from propane to natural gas by changing the orifices which does work but it’s a pain in the butt to do it.

                                      A very nice unit and you get a lot for the low price. True, the metal is a bit thinner than the high-end models, but ours sits in a protected area. Assembly was fairly easy (though some of the directions are a tad over-simplistic and required taking a piece off and switching it around; that assembly took an hour or two. What I like best about it (compared to our previous one) is that the entire under-burner area has a single tray that can be removed for easy cleaning. There is also a weighing thing in the base that effectively lets you know if your propane tank is getting low (though I'm not sure it will be all that useful as we maintain a back-up tank at all times). Also, don't know how useful the searing unit will be, but it looks easy. Finally, I don't see the value of the LED lights over the control knobs, but they are kind of fun.

                                      Good morning I purchased a Nexgrill Deluxe 6-Burner Propane Gas Grill in Mocha with Ceramic Searing Side Burner Model# 720-0896E from Home Depot. I really like function of this grill. Love the look. Love the color. I wish the do a Blue six burner!!!! (Hint Hint) Also, easy to put together. (under an hour) Works great. Lots of cooking space. I'm a little disappointed in a couple things. I actually ordered this grill twice. The first delivery as so damaged UPS decided not to deliver it so my order was cancelled and I had to reorder. What I am disappointed is : The left door was dented in the inside and the cover for the batteries was not included in my box. So my batteries are exposed. I put some tape. That kinda janky for a brand new $450.00 grill. The doors have these plastic inserts that help you screw in the handles from the opposite side. Well one door had these inserts and the other didn't. So without the insert there is a hole that the screw can fall in. Yes, I dropped a unrecoverable screw in the hole of no return. I did have a heck of a time get that back out. The grill/cook box box screws into the base with four holes. There was dented on the left side (front facing) so bad that the screw that goes in that slot does not screw in completely and the whole thing just turn and turns without gripping. Lastly a screw was missing that secures the drip pan underneath so I only have one screw in there. I contacted Home Depot a week ago + via a customer survey and have not received a response back. That's also disappointing. I need the back for the cover for the batteries obviously I don't want that wet or damp and I need my screw for the drip pan. Not sure what to do bout the dents they are just ugly. I have pictures of everything. On the cooking side. This baby is pretty and gets hot fast. The searbox gets up to over 900 degrees in like 7 minutes, per my temperature gun. Did some steaks last night came out fantastic. I'm used to charcoal so its taking some getting used regarding which burners to use and how many to use to get to my temps. Everyone that comes over loves the grill loves blue lights. It would have been awesome to have a light that shines on the food but I hooked up a battery powered light I got from costco and it works great together. I'm using the rotisserie this weekend. I would buy again.

                                        Well designed grill with great features
                                        I have had this grill for several months, and it is the best I have owned (and there have been many). The grill generates great heat through the six burners, cooking evenly throughout. The grates are enameled cast iron and hold heat and clean easily. The slide in drip-tray and drip cups make cleaning very easy and accessible. I cannot say enough about the side sear burner. This is the first grill I have been able to truly sear a steak or a burger. I can’t understand why other grill makers have not thought of it; it’s the biggest complaint I and others have about all other grills. They don’t get hot enough to truly sear. This burner gets to 800 degrees. Truly amazing results. This grill is thoughtfully designed and well made. Worth every penny. Only caveat, I wish all the wheels on the base had castors. It is difficult to. I’ve around. Buy it!

                                          I was happy with the overall product after assembly, and initial use, but sometime between 6 months and a year, the burner shields started to rust. I missed my quarterly cleaning because of all the Covid stuff, so I can't say exactly when the rust began. I keep it covered most of the time. I contacted Nexgrill through email, got a response, and sent in copies of my email receipt and pictures of the rusty parts, as requested, and have not heard back since. I won't be buying Nexgrill again. To get a year at this price is crazy. I see that other have had issues with customer service, so I'm guessing that the Nexgrill responses on here are lip service, and not actual customer service success stories
