Ilove this product ice maker. never run out of ice there when you need it works great. I have a friend in Honduras who wants one so bad . I said do you have a home depot thier she said on no I wish they did don't know what to tell her. I'm sure she'll find a way .thank's again looking forward for more stuff thanks

It stopped working for no reason after just one batch of ice. indicator shows to add water, however there is plenty in the reservoir. I will give it another try most likely. Hopefully the new unit will perform better.

I love this retro ice machine. I love the retro look cause my kitchen is all retro style. Love this machine cause we don't have to buy bags of ice every week. It produces ice in 15 min and bucket fills within 2 hrs. Love how it shuts itself off too. Great machine and well worth my money.

This is my 2nd one 1st one lasted 8 years hope this was does.

Having never purchased/owned a product of this sort I wasn't sure what to expect. Very simple and straight forward and it does DEFINITELY crank out ice. Keep it filled with water (distilled is my recommendation) and, generates a new load every few minutes. Takes a day or so to get used to the new noises (not loud or irritating) that it makes as it functions, but, compared to buying ice for parties and such it is great little appliance. We liked the retro red look, but, understand it might be a little overstated for some.

It does make cubes, but the first couple of batches take a long time to complete. Also, you have to remove the cubes right away or they will start to melt. I use the Large setting only, as the medium and small cubes melt too fast. I have no experience with any other small portable ice makers, so don't really know if this one performs better or worse.

We purchased this Ice Maker for our office. Makes Ice quickly and enough for our 3-5 staff members who are in the office throughout the day. Quiet, runs efficiently. Love the retro look. We have only had this product about 2 weeks but so far love it. Don't know how we managed without it.

Bought this machine in August of 2014 and it died January 2015. Fan quit spinning and now won't make ice. Can't find part anywhere. Looked cool but definitely not worth the money spent.

I only used this 4 or 5 times then it began to make less than half of the cubes it had been making per cycle. Then it made only 3 cubes and now it won't make any.

It looked nice but did not keep ice very hard very long. You need to constantly remove ice from machine and put in refrigerator to get hard and last.

Our fridge has no icemaker, and there's way too much food in the freezer to keep ice trays in it. Tired of no ice or having to buy bags that melted, I originally tried out a different refurb icemaker from another site, but it quit after the 4th time using it. Sent that back, and found this as a replacement, which does exactly what it says. It may be noisier than a built-in icemaker, but it produces ice at a decent rate. No, it is not cold enough to hold the ice, so it tends to be a bit watery at first, but the longer it runs, the better the cube formation. We bag the ice as the bin fills and toss it in the freezer to use as needed. Bonus - The red ice maker matches my red Kitchenaid mixer!

Well, the ice maker was put to use several times, not everyday. I bought it in November in time for Thanksgiving, and it died when family was here for Easter. I wouldn't recommend this at all.

For the price, this ice maker is very easy to use and provides a nice quantity of ice. It looks very good in the kitchen, doesn't take up too much space, is sturdy, and easy to clean. We found it is easy to drain (if the sink comes up over the counter) into a bowl on the top shelf of the dishwasher. I would say if you need a lot of ice in a hurry, this is not the best appliance. But for daily needs for a family, it's great.

I work in an office with no access to ice. I drink water all day and prefer iced water. It keeps up with me and I always have plenty of ice waiting. Downside is small- it heats up my office if I have to gave a closed door meeting. However, the fan only runs for a few minutes at a time, so still very worth it!

Makes ice fast. worth the money. Great product if you need ice fast.

Works great no more paying for a bag of ice. Takes 5 minutes to make large pieces of ice so make sure your not completely out if you really need ice. I have no complaints.

I've only had this ice maker a couple months but everything about it is great

I purchased this after we purchased a new refrigerator and the ice maker was having trouble keeping up. My husband loves it. We keep it in the garage and it looks great. It's a man thing-but he likes it better than anything I have purchased for him in a long time. Note the dimensions-It's larger than I expected. But it's great, makes ice fast.

I love the ice maker but it runs a little ruff an slow this is my second one an the first one ran much better but i still love it an i hope it last a good long while for the price

i got this gift from my wife and it is an excellent machine - we used it for our jan 1 party for 75 people and it worked perfectly - the ice it makes is wonderful and i love the feature that is re-uses condensation etc so that it does not waste - it fits well on my bar and looks great too!

This has the noises little fan (think it's the fan) I've ever heard, have toi put it in another room so we can here ourselves talk. All the ratings were great so I had to buy it. My first one and I should have sent it back as soon as I heard it. Don't think it'll last with the noise I hear. Writing the company next.

Gives us ice on demand all the time. We never run out now Wished I woulda bought this years ago. Spent several 100 on bags of ice bit no more. We love it

it does is it says it makes ice within 6 minutes just wonderful easy to add water to. it's very easy on the countertop doesn't take up much room

Makes ice very fast. No problems.s at all. The holding bin isn't cold enough to maintain ice so you need to transfer to your freezer. Great little machine

Absolutly love the ice from the machine. Choice of three sizes and really makes it pretty quickky
