I'm overall happy with this purchase. I ordered (4) plants, but only 3 survived. I wish the plants were warranted so I could get a replacement for the one dead plant. I planted them all the day I received them, so I'm sure it was just a bad specimen.

My lavender died a week after planting................................

the plant died in 4 days. never made it after palnting.

This product should’ve been a gallon instead it was a very small lavender plant. Have ordered another.

I ordered 3 plants. Currently one is doing brillantly, one is trying to make it and one did not make it. I am in Arizona, and we hit our first 100 degree days within 3 days of the plants arrivals, while I watered them well and let them adapt for a couple of days before planting, I am thinking the weather is the factor in the outcome vs. the plants themselves. I would purchase from home depot.com without hesitation again.

Arrived within one week: Very good. Looked a bit worse for the wear, but we figured it would improve with regular watering. Went downhill over the next two weeks. Now they are dead.

I ordered three plants [ 1 gal] . Two are doing good. The other one is dying.

Arrived cut back very much. a bit on dry side, planted last week, one died, waiting to see if other 12 plants survive. Am in Cent. Fla Zone, which website said was good for this plant. Will re-visit this once has chance to take root (hopefully)....

this plant came to me very dry, the soil was very dry and now its dead

I actually returned the 2 plants. When they arrived, they were squashed down and quite compacted and didn't look like the picture portrayed. Sorry.

Had the packaging kept the peanuts out of the foliage, the shipment would have been perfect. Healthy plants arrived earlier than promised.

i hate these reviews , that dont say which zone they live in,where they planted them. how they planted them. most just say thay do or dont like them. some shipment are a problem.

I NEED an APOLOGY and a refund !! The puny almost dead plant was not ONE GALLON and , after weeks of trying to revive it, it finally DIED!! This is my SECOND time writing this complain and asking for my refund. Please answer, ASAP !

Took about 7to9 days to get and after many attempts to keep them alive couldn't 80$$ down the drain for a plant that could survive drought conditions!!!

They arrived pretty dried out so I planted them and less than a week they died. I threw out the box so was unable to take them in :(

I love my hydrangea. I can't wait for it to grow over the years.

These were not shipped very well. A lot of the soil was all over and spilling out of the box, and they died within a week or so.

Half of the plants dried up right away after we received. The ones that are still alive smell very nice

The lavenders arrived in a very poor condition. They were actually almost dead. I later found that the store near me sells them for a better price. I returned my purchase.

Arrived well packaged n no damage at all . Beautiful plant n love the smell . Would buy this way again.
