“5” pack buyers beware
I ordered the 5 pack and only a single pack showed up. I contacted CS and they said it was likely an error from the supplier/manufacturer. I noticed another person left a review with the same issue. If you don’t mind gambling with your hard earned money, purchase the 5 pack - but beware, the odds probably won’t swing your way.

DONT ORDER THE 5 PACK
Ordered the 5 pack just to get to the store and only get 1 pack because the website is incorrect. The Skew numbers for the 5 and 1 pack are the same and the model number for the 5 pack matches the store inventory number for a pack of one. I spent over 4 hours with online customer service and the store customer service people just to walk out having to pay 5x(56 dollars *5 individual packs) for what i had ordered online to get the materials i need

I bought 5 bundles and have opened 3. Each...
I bought 5 bundles and have opened 3. Each of the 3 had 1 batt where the insulation at 1 end was separating from the facing. Had this not occurred, I would have rated Excellent instead of Good.

Bad odor
Previously used the echo touch, and it was fine. Because it's no longer available I had to buy it's new and improved "next generation". Because we were wearing masks during instillation we weren't aware of the terrible smell until we took our masks off. Did anyone have this problem with the next generation of Owen's new and improved R15 faced insulation having a terrible smell?

Hi Dissatisfied, thank you for your review. In some cases, the binder is not fully cured during the manufacturing process, which can result in a burnt sweet smell. This will typically dissipate over time, and adding air flow over the product plus introducing a dehumidifier can help clear the odor as well.
