Easy, good communication and fast service from Pro-Lab. Fyi, an additional $40 for the processing of test results.

We followed the directions and sent the completed test off in the prepaid envelope after I registered with the company on line and paid the processing fee. That was three weeks ago. So far I have gotten no email from the company or any kind of followup. $60 thrown away.

We just set up the test & have to mail that in & wait for test report results. So far, everything has gone smoothly.

Convenient little test kit for radon gas. Relatively inexpensive. Difficult to find in the store even with help from store employees (2). Send a $40 check with glass vials and get results back by email in about a week.

Took the sample per instructions, was notified it was received 5 days later and "should expect results within a week". They cashed my check two days after that. That is the last I heard from Pro-Lab. No results. And they will not respond to emails.

This company cashed our $40 check even though they didn't get results in time. I mailed the test the day it ended. I agreed to a new test until they suggest I PAY for expediated shipping even though a pre-paid envelope is included in what I paid for already. I said no thanks and they tried bullying me by saying a refund would take 90-120 days. Still not refund or response from the company. Save your money. What kind of company takes 3-6 months for a refund.

Waste of money, took too long to get there in the mail I guess so I got no results, just them recommending me to buy another test. Won't use again

Never received the results so I had to retest using a different brand.

It appears the lab has lost my samples. Tracking proves delivery. Cannot get test results. Totally unresponsive to emails, phone calls, or contact through website.

Easy to use and the company is very easy to reach via email for questions.

The kit is the only one available at Home Depot. The kit works well, but their app and online links don't work. The app didn't allow me to get a registration number which Pro-Lab said would speed up getting my results. The link they sent me in an email to get the report didn't work, but Marissa Lopez emailed a pdf to me of the results.

Just check for RADON, had this issue in Maryland when i lived there.

Two gentlemen at Home Depot were kind enough to go out of their way to find this radon test for me. Much appreciated. The kit worked well and confirmed that I had to get radon mitigated in my home, which I have since completed.

Followed the instructions and mailed in the sampling vials. It's been a while and no report coming. Bought on advice of wife's friend. I think I wasted my money.

This test gave us great peace of mind. Extremely easy to use. Just open two vials and leave them alone for 2-4 days, then send them away. Results were even provided by email about a day after receipt. I will test every year!

Feeling ripped off right now. There was no indication at the time of purchase that the analysis of the sample may take more than three months! That is how long we have been waiting. And we are still waiting. Online automated response: "Your Analysis is still in progress", so we can only assume out sample was received. We even have the long-term test in progress, and can only imagine how long THOSE results will take to come in. Contacted Pro-Lab via e-mail -- no response. Is Pro-Lab out of business? Can't wait to speak to the manager of our local Home Depot about this and to discuss the experience of other customers with regard to Pro-Lab products. Worst part, we have already paid for the test kit ($18) and the analyis ($40).
