It was filled with beautiful flowers and buds, but the leaves all had black spots and it continues to look that way two weeks after planting.

Blooms galore, get it now.
I have several roses and this is by far the best. Its vivid and fragrant. The bloom size got larger second year! It bloomed nonstop from spring to winter, almost disease free (I did some proactive neem and organic soap spray couple times). I planted it in a garden bed, added compost and maybe sprayed fish fertilizer couple of times. I did dead head once in a while and thinned out crossing branches and branches touching ground. Its March here in Charlotte zone 8 and it already put out a bud!

I purchase two rose plants from PW. One looked...
I purchase two rose plants from PW. One looked healthy and the other looked almost dead. I planted them both. The healthy looking one is growing and looks great the other I don't know it it will make it or not. Will not buy their plants again.

Nice rose bush
Delivered in 2 days in. Full bush with flowers and buds. Planted it that day and is growing great. The only thing is the deer like them too so use deer repellant.
