I love these. A new roof means it's leak free for about one Texas summer, then those new boots get stiff and crack and start letting wind driven rain in. These are awesome. No more dripping from roof penetrations.

Easy fix for pipe boot when the rubber is torn or inverted. Yes they leak when the rubber is not crowned and sometime you can't just pull the pipe up. Takes about 10 minute if you have to cut the pipe.

Had to cut the top off of 1 of the 3 I bought, but was a perfect fit after I did. Installs in minutes. This was a great fix for a problem where squirrels had sharpened their teeth on the lead outer pipe and chewed it down to the pvc. Saved me a ton of $ hiring a roofer to do the work. Looks good too!

A quick simple way to provide 98% weather protection for broken rubber pipe flashing. A little caulk and it's 100%. I did three in 15 minutes, including moving the ladder each time. Nice!!
