Product looks and performs great and was easy to install.

I brought 3 of them, 2 were faulty: faucet's hot line (longer one) blocks water flow. One faucet had only less then 5% hot water coming out; the other had about 10% hot water out. Contractor came back again checked water lines: hot water line has good pressure. After replaced the faucet, hot water comes out good. Order Number: WM55368146 Order Date: December 15, 2023 Store SKU #1002255419 Internet #300721639 It was a surprise to me and to the contractor that brand new ones with such problem in 2 out of 3 set.

My 2017 LF-042-LRGS brushed nickel Ladra faucet is performed well. It has started leaking at the cartridge whenever the handle is engaged. When installed the set screw must of been over-tightened and came off the screws. It is now loose, jarred askew inside the handle and preventing the handle from being removed so the cartridge can be replaced. Any ideas?

I bought a Pfister faucet recently for the small vanity in our guest bathroom and liked its looks and performance enough to buy these for the master bathroom. Installation was straightforward. The pop-up drains are easy to maintain. In two weeks of use, the faucets are easy to keep spotless with a microfiber cloth.

Beautiful look and cleans well

This faucet has a good stream of water with lots of pressure. The faucet its self is made well and is solid.

Aesthetics are good but did have an issue with the quick connect hookup to the water supply. The rubber washers on the quick connection are easily pushed off which for me resulted in leaking that wasn't immediately detectable and resulted in some loss and damage to the area under the sink.

Very impressed with its subdued appearance and great functionality.

Beautiful once installed. Took me 6 hrs. directions were not very clear, but I'm not Josephine the Plumber.
